Ita cool gettin to see most our old meso gang still hittin it an still makin them gains happen. Its been a fun ride a will continue to be till the day i take my last breath

Your calves are just ridiculous. Not just size wise but they just look great. Great genetics can't be denied.

Thanks you. I’m trying to add some size to my quads. Hope you don’t mind I ask a question. Someone was telling me if you put your legs wider apart on leg press it hits other parts of the quads. I’ve always heard that and I know higher hits hams more and stuff I usually Just put mine lower and in the middle. I heard diffrent angles can bring out a good sweep. Anyone that has info can share it would be great to hear what others think. I won’t lie when I first started I was one of those guys who hardly trained legs and didn’t really start hitting them hard until a few years ago when I started doing.

Wider and higher = hamstring focused
Close and lower = quads/quad sweep
Normal = usually I can feel this in my entire leg throughout the rep

As someone who has backed off of squatting a lot, leg press variations are extremely important to me for leg development.

Man after I did my first show I have shaved them since then. It sucks but makes them look better and if I want to take my time I’ll use Veet it’s like nair. It works but don’t use under arm pits I did lol ouch

Yeah Nair is no joke. I just use trimmers now. Razor will take too long and dull out quick. I'm like a damn Sasquatch. Lol. Legs look lean and vascular man. Good stuff!
 
On another note. A guy from one my local gyms got his pro card last weekend in Vegas in middle weight.

He use to compete in classic as well like I do but then he got a new coach and started and started doing middle weight last year. Makes me wonder how much weight he cuts

Looking at those pics on the npc website from Vegas nationals makes me realize how much work I need to do. Everyone weight class guys look amazing. I know I do masters but still something to look at and how hard work, train and push themselves. Makes me just want to work harder and improve on a lot of areas.
 
Been killing it on the work side of things.
I done forgot when the last time was i even trained with weights, in a gym or with equipment of any kind. Gotta be at least 4 months now...

Cruising last 3 weeks. Going to do this another 6 weeks. Sitting about 210 or so. 220 or so would be the goal by the new year. Really would like to step on stage again at masters 40 and up. Really want to add size to the legs

Great look at 210 brother. Still some good vascularity for a cruise. What’s your height?
