Thanks you. I’m trying to add some size to my quads. Hope you don’t mind I ask a question. Someone was telling me if you put your legs wider apart on leg press it hits other parts of the quads. I’ve always heard that and I know higher hits hams more and stuff I usually Just put mine lower and in the middle. I heard diffrent angles can bring out a good sweep. Anyone that has info can share it would be great to hear what others think. I won’t lie when I first started I was one of those guys who hardly trained legs and didn’t really start hitting them hard until a few years ago when I started doing.
