Who is our biggest, most shredded member at Meso?

Im 255 lbs and 15% body fat @6'2". Unfortunately I love to eat too much to stick to a shredding cycle as I dont compete anymore. I plan on running DNP for 2 weeks at the end of the month for a quick cut up, then Ill show the progress, lol.
255 is a big guy so you dont need to suffer alot to get like 8% fat . just do dno 200mg 2 weeks , 50mcg t3 and some cardio fasted and you can keep eating enough to not suffer . Also if you can afford go with 4ius hgh fasted .
when you got a some point were your muscle mass is so high you never suffer even on prep to compete . suffer is for light weight people like mens physique or classic , big boys dont suffer to do diet because they need to eat enough to keep is muscle mass.
 
i really need to do arms more, i never do arms, just started to boost those up a bit
6 ft 240 just started hgh and doing fasted cardio, making a big difference as my abs are more visible but still 240.

Now i begin my last 4 weeks of off season , and goal is to push everything to limits to achieve what i never achieve before ( try 115kg , and over 53cm arms )

You have kept the same imoressive low body fat after competing last year, after the mental break you had.

If I recall correctly, you were DM-2 and taking both long acting basal insulin and short acting prandrial insulin. Could you let me/us know what doses are you of both at the moment? I remember you talked 1-2 years ago about it, but curious to see if you cut them at some point of stage preps or after competing.

Without any doubt, you just found the fucking sweet spot!

There's absolutely no need for dnp and t3 to get down to 8% body fat at your size. Fuck, with diet alone dialed in properly, cardio, and train with high intensity you'll be fine. Little bit of test and gh will make it easier.
