1. No one is going to give you a source.
2. All sources are a gamble. Especially with raws.
3. It all comes from the same place. Pick one that you don't think will burn you, and hope.
That's the short and skinny. It's the same for everyone. The sources you buy oil from deal with the same shit. They get burned all the time too, and half the time they pass the buck on to you with underdosed product or selective scamming. Be mad all you want, the game isn't changing for you.
