Thanks man, to be clear I don't do mini blasts, I was purely answering his question. Test and Deca don't sit well with me so I'm a Test EQ guy. I also prefer the use of insulin to fill muscles up rather than a temporary increase in anabolics.

I don't know why he got so upset with what I said, plenty of guys echoed similar sentiments in this thread.

So, in my opinion mini blasts or more appropriate name would be short blasts are suitable for quickly regaining lost muscle via muscle memory. That's the only use of them I see for casual users like myself. Mostly I like to blast var or dbol. Since it helps me to eat lots of healthy calories and lift super heavy in the gym. I regain lost muscle and strength more quickly.

Muscle tissue growth is slow af. Anything 8 weeks or less you’re really not gaining much tissue at all. How do we know this? Because when the blast is over, you piss out the “gains” and weight drops precipitously, whether you go on PCT or cruise

These injectable esters take like 5 weeks to fully saturate, says nothing about the fact that nuclear cell signaling takes multiple weeks as well

any tips for comfortably staying either at or close to that conditioning? At what bf percentage did you start to suffer?
