Why NAPS became such a large source when others struggled?

Let's be honest
NAPS didn't sell especially good or cheap gear
in fact I've read many complaints about burnt used motor oil like gear, before the leak scandal their prices were never great and even some rumours about selective scamming.
I don't know and don't care if the above claims are true, that's not the point of this post.

So
If I were asked to take a guess
I'd say that NAPS success came from being an INTERNATIONAL source

Thus they have dozens or even hundreds of people receiving money for them in shitty countries where they are unlikely to ever get jailed.
I guess they even have armed guards to keep receivers from being robbed, along with hitmen to get rid of robbers and receivers who tipped the robbers.
Being moldova such a corrupt country I wouldn't be surprised if these guards/hitmen are police or army officers. Perhaps not just corrupt off-duty officers, but on-duty relatively high ranking officers.
Of course these officers are properly bribed in reward.

Being international they mail gear from friendly countries (usually UK) where customs aren't as though as third world ones.

If a money receiver, mailer or remailer gets banned or even jailed, they just get another one.

For any source I think the key to initial success at least seems to be being able to fill the volume of orders received. The sources who stumble once they start receiving order seem to be the ones who sink away into obscurity or scamming.

The reason they have done well is because more often than not customers were pleased with the service. They have also been around for many years. If they would have taken steps to protect their buyers from a hack, everything would be cool. They are still the largest source on the net with thousands of customers.

Why did pablo Escobar get so big? Right place, right time, right bribes. Any criminal enterprise that is largely public has to have some government support. You think the Cia or the nsa doesn't have carte blanche access to his servers? Lol. The unfortunate by product of being an international crime target is that you either make nice with cartels or you make nice with the government... and the answer is probably both. Any time the want to whip up a warrant for a bust anywhere they probably have naps and 100 other places- research Chem sites, etc that they troll the database and - PRESTO! NAPS got busted about 5 years ago
but being located in such a corrupt country
they just bribed their way out of prison
Maybe they also bribed their way out of the truefighter leak scandal

therefore
a source with the best quality, prices and service
will be long gone after a major bust
Thus the ability to anonymously operate in several countries (some of these lawless, corrupt countries)
determines a source success and growth

I remember uncle z!!! Wow aint heard that name for a while....also with regard to naps. There are sister sites with different names which are controlled by the same shall we say group of gentlemen.
Their US sales volume is a fraction of there business vs total sales volume globally.
What i found interesting was that anobolic labs results were the same as my own experience with the different labs naps, rx heads etc sell.
Gen shi...geneza...vermodje jintani...if you check out AL tests at least my experiences with the gear fell in line good and bad.
Now the breach and security is a different story but....with US sale volume what it is as a % of sales...I wouldnt think they really give a shit.
