What sort of treatment are you on that caused you to end up in the hospital 4 times?
What did the hospital say? Anxiety?

Notice how nobody is actually defending HAN. Just merely attempting to discredit the criticism. 50, 000 drs patients you healed, and no vouches yet.
Hey everyone, this post is no way an attempt to talk bad of Dr. M, I am simply telling you what happpened to me. I'm actually the patient that Shawn was referring to. I showed Shawn this thread, which I found by accident just googling "Mariano" and "contact". I had seen Shawn/Dr. Overbeck about 6-8 months ago. I had seen Dr. M 2 years ago and revisited him this month.
Basically about 5 days into treatment I really started to go downhill: I had various "episodes" but the last one was extreme. I basically ended up in the ER with Cardiac and other scary, scary, symptoms and was in the ER everyday. In total I made 4 visits. I even went in twice in 12 hours. The only thing that changed in my life prior to feeling this way was starting my treatment (prescriptions+supps+diet changes). These symptoms were not present before, some have improved and some are there.
I left voicemails and emails with the provided contact phone # and email address for Dr M. In total I left maybe 5 voicemails and 3 emails all explaining my condition, ER admittance, and etc.. I was calling the office even before going haywire to discuss dosage and was not getting a reply. I finally heard back 1 week after my initial contact attempt, after Shawn took some action.
You have to realize the purpose of the E.R. is to make sure you are not dying, and that you leave alive, they obviously cant fully diagnose you there, though sometimes yes. The Dr looked at all the stuff I was on and said I have no idea whats going on based upon the minimal testing they did. (same response from all ER docs on each trip). He said im sure Dr, Mariano does (I had a copy of my treatment protocol with me). He asked if I called him and I told him I cant get a hold of him. I have a new insurance and had an appointment scheduled with a future GP but no one established.
I couldnt think of anything to do, and I had Shawn's # in my cell still, so I called and texted him at 11pm on a saturday night not even realizing how late it was and left a VM, 8 hours later we were talking...
So that is my two cents. Dr M's knowledge is extremely vast, and no one can truely know what another Dr is gearing towards. I understand hes busy and fully respect him and his obligations but theres nothing like 4 trips to ER in 3 days.
I don't have a dog in this fight but I am intrigued. What was it that HAN told you to do? What could HAN, who is not a doctor, do from a distance that an ER doctor could not do?I left voicemails and emails with the provided contact phone # and email address for Dr M. What were you able to do for this man that the ER doctors could not or would not do?Unfortunately, Not all Dr's patients are up to date on the interaction of the hormones. When he was given thyroid medication he had an adverse reaction which through him into a state of total confusion and disorientation. While on the phone he noted that he had gone by the same exit twice which is he is extremely familar with. He basically could not think straight and his heart was pounding mile a minute feeling like he was going to have a heart attack. His was in a state of paniac. Some times when people are not sure even though the simplest solution seems like the most complicated things at times.
Actually GHRP-6 is available by prescription Cvictorg..Dr. Crisler regularly prescribes it.. All the other GHRP's however are only available through other avenues. It is funny with HAN and the GHRP cuz thats another example of his theories blowing like the wind. I remember when he was touting ipamorelin as unbelievable, etc et and " quite an asset to HRT"..Only a month later to contradict himself and say the stuff had "fried his adrenals" ...just another illustration of his absurdity. Like I said, he experiments with himself quite clearly and expands that to his "Dr's patients". Irresponsible, especially when dealing with someone with obviously an out of control ego.

For all that think I am crack pot. I have been accepted to be part the South Eastern Pennsylvania group for Integrative Medicine Dr's which groups of only endo, psychiatrists, MD, DO, neurologists, and other medical professionals.
Here is a response from one of the dr's whom I was talking too
Hi Shawn:
Nice meeting you at the meeting on Tuesday. I am the doctor on SSD due to LYME and metabolic pathway defects including the MTHFR pathway. I found it very interesting that you said 60% of Irish women have this SNIP. I think you are correct and see that you are brilliant - the fine line between genius and insanity - you appear to be able to function at the genius level.
I have been on psych drugs too long which are not allowing me to function at near my potential. I was impressed with your knowledge of the biochemistry and parasites. I feel that the interaction of parasites and the toxins in our bodies are at the root cause of basically all illness.
I know you said you are in contact with 2 of the top parasitologists but I did not get their names. I also looked up TRACE MINERALS but am not sure which product you are talking about.
IO would sincerely appreciate if you would e-mail me the exact product you were talking about and the website with info. about the parasitologists.
Thank you very much and maybe I can see you on consultation once all my tests come back.
Thanks again,
Paul

I took the test a few years ago. I scored 125-128. Not quite good enough to get in. I was just curious though.
In highschool when it came to science, i excelled at a very rapid rate. I would fall alsleep in science class teacher would ask me a question to wake me up. Every time I would be correct used to piss her off. I had to get special permission to take AP bio class because only the top 8 students where allowed in. I was in the middle group and was the first to get permission. The 2 of the people were top 1 and 2 in the class. When testing time, i would also score higher which piss them off. I took a similar test and scored 165.-170 It has some crazy stuff like if you where facing one way at what time would shadow be facing if you were looking at south wall. The secret to not to over think. My ability is to piece things together at rapid rate. I have talked to other dr's who had the internet going at the same time looking up every thing . Gmerit's Dr was one of them, he had the bullshit meter running it did not move. Any questions PM him..
In the next month I am planning to train under a local Dan and Lyme Specialist to research and learn as much as I can about these disorder as they are growing in numbers. D's are very selective who they associate and being a Mason does have its advantages in the business world..

I will vouch that he scammed me out of $300. Then after just a few phone calls which didn't accomplish anything other than to hear him brag about all of the people he has "healed" he gave me the name of a few supplements. Later he calls back and wanted another $300 for his continued "help". Stay away from this guy.
Ghrp-6 is just like TD preg and TD DHEA among other drugs which can be purchased by various anti-aging clinics. This also includes anabolics which are not FDA approaved by some intenet clinic's ...
Not sure we have the whole story. It is not unusual for emergencies to be handled by the emergency room at a hospital. It is troublesome to think that even someone with an urgent medical emergency was unable to receive a response in a timely manner, busy or not.
After reading the accumulation of patient feedback on Dr. M, including my prior posts, I thought I'd add my 2 cents.
For all the positive things I can say firsthand with respect to Dr. M's proficiency and knowledge, it is nonetheless clear that his office must reorganize and upgrade its administration and communications with his patients. It is troublesome to think that even someone with an urgent medical emergency was unable to receive a response in a timely manner, busy or not. He has a cell phone, after all (gurjas, you're being too nice)!
In my case, I am rather frustrated that I've been waiting for a simple authorization from him for some labs I'd like to get done which Paulette said she'd get to me as soon as he's able, but that was 3 months ago. Repeat messages and emails have failed to get anywhere. It seems ridiculous to schedule a 10-min. phone consult and get charged for it when all I need is the authorization.
I would like to have these lab results along with the ones he previously ordered and then have an in-depth consult. This is obviously delaying my progress.
I am at a loss of what to do at this point. Suggestions???
