Hey guys.

Ive done 2 bulking cycles in the past, and its time to cut up a little.

I'm running:

clen 100mcg/day
T3 150mcg/day
winny depot 100mg EOD
sust 500mg/week

all above for 12 weeks
DNP 400mg/day during week 13 if required

Do you think i should throw in some tren? all ideas appreaciated bro's.

Ive used DNP last year and responded well to it.

I'm lookin to drop about 21lbs of fat, that should lean me out.

well the winny for 12 weeks might be real tough on the joints. and possibly the liver. 5-6 weeks is the norm.

clen should be run 2 weeks on, and 2 weeks off.

you could add tren, but its not needed.

the best way to lose fat is diet and cardio. the other things wont really help if you're not doing your part in the dining room and the gym.

Yeah, I got my CV and weight schedule sorted.

Im going for a low fat, mod carb, high protein diet (1.5g - 2g of protein per lb of body weight)

I'll third that motion. Stay clear of the Tren if you are trying to lean out....reason is that it is accompanied by such retarded strength gains that I find it hard not to keep lifting for stenght and size when I am hittin Tren.....the temptationis just too strong. Plus, it will be hard physiologically to lose that kind of weight on an AAS like Tren......Diet, Diet and Cardio......and when you do cardio, try not to do to much endurance cardio, meaning long intervals of moderate effort....try doing more tiered intense interval training...this mazimizes fat burning and does not hit up your muscles for as much glycogen...therfore those muscle stay fuller and stonger while you leanout. I find that hills, spint work on the track (100m, 200m, 400m, stairs, drills, etc work best) good luck! and get a partner for the cardio too, you will work much harder!
