Winstrol/test cycle pct?

hey guys I'm brand new to this stuff. Im looking for some advice on a proper winstrol cycle. I'm 24, been training for about 6 years 6foot 180 pounds 13% bf. I've watched a few of my friends do a winstrol cycle with some good Gains and minimal sides. I started yesterday morning taking 50mg every 12 hours. The pills are from imporium labs 50mg orals. I've heard some different views on the proper amount of test to take. They say 100mg a week starting the second week. Does this sound accurate? Is test even the proper thing to take with it? And what pct should I be doing as well? -and for how long? I'd appreciate any help guys

Don't take another dose, just stop now! Do your research and gain a proper understanding of what you're dealing with.

I've been reading as much as I can about it but I can't find a definitive answer. I've read a lot about winstrol but Some people say no test and some people say I should start test 2-3 weeks before the winny. I can't find anything that really explains this and as soon as I think I have, I read something else that says the complete opposite. I'm just doing what I've seen these guys do and its been several months since they're last cycle and they don't have any issues. I'm just looking for some advice from experience here. If I were to stop would I still need anything this early?

First oral only cycles are a bad idea. You shut down your natural production. So any idea what happens when you aren't producing or supplementing Test? Have you gotten any blood work done? Why is it you want blood work? And a whole bunch more that relates to PCT, diet, training, etc. I am not saying these things to be an asshole to you. I just want people to reduce their risk as much as possible. According to your OP. You are only two days in. You should bounce back no problem. So if you really want to learn some things. I will help point you in the right direction. So, answer the following question please.

Age
Height
Weight
BF%
Years Training

I haven't gotten blood work done but I've read about people doing it to keep an eye on the liver and natural hormone production. I know winny depresses the body's natural test production so supplement would be needed but no idea how often or much would be needed to keep a healthy level. And Or if more is needed for better gains. As for a diet I eat fairly clean no fast food, no fried food, no soda or sweets. 5-6 meals a day lean meat and veggies, complex carbs, I get my sugar from fruits. I'm 24, 6 foot 180lbs 13%bf and I've been training for almost 7 years. I lift mostly. Cardio is 15-20 mins a day. I'm gonna take your advice and stop now until I get a better understanding.

I am very happy to hear this. Start with your goal. From the sound of things this will be you first cycle. You can make tremendous progress. So what is your goal? Size? Strength? Lean Gains?

I'd like to add some size and strength along with getting down to around 10% or lower body fat. I don't mind gaining weight, just want it to be muscle that I can keep. But at the same time I don't need to bench 500lbs. I'm at 270 right now, I'd like to be around 315 by the end of the year.

Stop by these threads first. There are some shady fucks in this game. So take steps to protect your personal info.

This is just a suggestion. I would research things in this order.

1) Diet- You will need to make adjustments for a cycle. (Plenty of threads here of the topic)
2) Training- Once again, you will probably want to make adjustments to maximize your efforts. (Plenty of threads here to look through)
3) Blood work- Understand how to read it. Where and when to get it. (2 weeks before, 6 weeks into cycle, and 3-4 weeks after PCT is probably best)
4) PCT- Compounds, Length, Start Date, and possible sides from compounds.(Don't get cheap here. Get quality pharma grade. You can find it fairly easy.)
5) AI/gyno- Why and when to use an AI, and signs of gyno. (This will directly relate back to your blood work)
6) Pins- This can include pins, bac water for HCG, filters, and even alcohol swabs. (You probably wont need much, but knowledge is power)
7) Cycle compounds and length- Keep things simple. But having knowledge about half-lives, conversion rates, and etc. Will make you better informed.(For a first run. Test E or C for twelve weeks will be the standard. As you research you will see why.)

There are many knowledgeable people here. But, always cross check and verify for your self. It is your responsibility to keep you safe. Happy lifting, and remember, there is no need to rush.
