Winter Mass Gain

I feel this way, as well, especially considering the compounds used. Primo is arguably the mildest injectable AAS and requires a fair bit more mg's/cycle to reap the benefits. You'd be wasting your time, and oil, if you went too low (same with EQ IME).

I would suggest and "arm" blast period. We do this with some of our clients, with great success. Do 4 or so weeks of arm training 3x a week. Not 3 arm days, but something like a dedicated arm day, then triceps after shoulders + chest, and biceps after back. So, you're hitting both groups 2x a week, once pre-exhausted.

I grow best with some decent cardio (20-30 minutes LISS) a few times a week. It's bullshit that "cardio burns muscle". Maybe if you were going crazy, but not when done in a reasonable way. It keeps metabolism up, allows you to train harder and longer, plus it's just healthy.

Drugs - 100% percent. Wish I was getting on stage confidently every time by growing enough just using 500mg test lol. We should all be so lucky.
-_______-

Arms - probably need to be more diligent about non-arm day work. Fair statement.

Cardio - I learned this during prep and just being fucking lazy. Thanks for the reminder.

Mac have you been on the same brand gh the whole time?
Switched recently I haven't had an itchy welt since.
Yes, same brand. About to hve to purchase somewhere here.

Hve you had it tested or gotten bloodwork? A drastic change like that, I might be concerned.

Welts are caused by filtration issues. Some of the bacteria is getting through causing your immune system to fight it. I've only had this happen with one brand and was very disappointed, if I was in your position I would switch Brands immediately in my humble opinion.

Normal for it to start months in..? I was on for several months, same batch, before subq welts started.

Interesting... no it is typical for welts to start immediately and then subside. Yours started after months? That's very interesting. Perhaps one of the kits was bad out of many good kits?
Possible, I’ll double check batches. I had thought I read something about developing an allergic reaction to gH administered subq. Might’ve misread.

I was probably 8–10 weeks in to my gH run when the welts started, usually 24hrs post pin. Itchy from the first minute subsiding after a few but.

IM (just 5/8 slin pins) have posed zero issue so far...but I’ll def keep this in mind.

GH can give allergic and non-allergic reactions that's for sure. I personally have not seen or heard of anyone getting welts after running it over time. It's always been right away and usually kit specific.

Did it happen with a new kit? It could be endotoxins left over after the purification process.

@ChestRockwell might know more about developing a allergy to GH.

Although the FDA labels do mention "itching" and/or "skin changes" at the site of injection as common side effects, this is more of an acute response and not something that would be expected to worsen over time.

There is some evidence to suggest that the body can have an allergic reaction to GH over time, however this tends to be when the actual molecular structure is off.
