Wisdom from another forum

I agree with everything stated by the OP, aside from the AI and caber usage. I really think keeping it simple should exclude the use of AI’s and caber, unless you’re having negative sides relating to high estrogen such as bitch tits. I could be wrong, but most the people needing an AI have had prior issues with gyno through puberty.

For those not competing, a simple testosterone cycle of 250-500/wk is all that’s needed.

As an older man, I don’t live by that rule, and I throw some different compounds in every now and then, but I keep the doses reasonable. I grapple, and it’s fucking hard on my body...so, I’ve experimented to see what’s helped mainly with recovery and stamina.

Outside of that, I love masteron...at 300/wk, it gives me that feeling of a 20-30 year old me...high libido, enhanced aggression when needed, and a lift in my overall mood. That’s my uneducated two cents.
Yup, I'm a big fan of mast also, it's just too rough on the hairline, and at my age I have to keep what I have. Nope, not gonna shave my head LOL

Good read!
Back in the day, it was a common knowledge that if you want to grow, you have to have your workout, diet, and rest in check. Roids are just that extra push, that let us multiply results of our efforts.
I still remember my first cycle was 400mg of TE for 8 weeks. Most dramatic gains that I have ever seen. Took me several years to get to 1gram of Test a week.
There is no point for a 150lb guy to be on 1.5 grams of Test a week.
“Clean gains” never worked out for me, it is either bulk, or cut.

K.I.S.S. All newbies read
Some of you guys are wearing me the hell out with all of these wild and crazy cycles. KISS is keep it simple stupid. I'm 50 yrs old, 240 to 250 lbs and competed for 30 years. I've been lifting and cycling since I was 18 and I swear to god I've never used half of what some of you are wanting to use.

Is it me or did someone turn on the light to take 18 compounds at once? I've never seen so many posts about some little 165 lb guy wanting to blast 100 mg tren a day plus 300 mg of test EOD plus 30 mg var plus dbol plus drol plus clen plus t3, etc.

You wanna get big? Learn how to eat and know what you eat. Don't guess.

Keep your cycle simple. I prefer test as a base. Start low, there is nothing wrong with 200 to 250 mgs test a week. As you progress, you can use more if needed. I see no reason for anyone that is not planning a heavyweight show to take in excess of 1000 mgs a week. You simply don't need it. If you're not growing, you're not eating enough or not training enough. Once you ge the basics going and know kinda what the hell you'r'e doing, then add in some dbol or deca. I love tren but to be honest its not for a newbie. Give yourself some time and put some cycles under your belt before you jump up to an A ticket ride.

Stop trying to gain 50 lbs a cycle and cut at the same time. They do not go hand in hand. The word off season means, I'm going to get big and fat while I have no shows coming and then I'm going to diet down. You can not and I repeat CAN NOT stay ripped and be healthy 365 days a year. Gain some size, then cut. Its like your car, do you run it wide open every where you go? I hope not.

My 1st cycle was doctor supervised 250 mgs week of sust. I went from 180 to 205 in about 6 months. Then I ramped it to 500 mgs sust week with 5 mgs dbol per day. Then the 3rd cycle was sust, dbol and deca but at baby amounts. I quickly found out that my body didn't care for deca so I switched to methyltest, etc.....etc.....etc.

Today at my weight and on TRT I take roughly 20 mgs test and 20 mgs tren a EOD. I could get ready for a show in about 10 weeks and still come in ripped and above 225lbs. A big blast for me would be 500 mgs test a week and maybe 150 to 200 mgs trena week. I take aromasin E3D and 1/2 tab of caber E3D. I don't need clen and I don't need t3 or any of the other crap that seems to be the norm now. Yes I play with gh at 2 iu's a day but thats it.

I guess my point here is that some seem to be adding in drug after drug after drug instead of putting in nthe work to get where they want to be. Its diet, diet, diet then training then gear.

Good post, some of the I've heard the same thing from other competitors. People are making up stupid dosages and stupid cycles that are going to get someone hurt

I think you've missed the point of this thread

Well I mean I'm pretty niave to GH. I at first had the impression that GH was basically only something pro's used. I thought this thread was about moderation. I'm just curious if GH is perceived as something you go to "after" AAS, or if it has use for someone looking to use PEDs in moderation.

Thematically amazing post and more people need to think on these lines especially the 5'10" guys on their 3rd cycle weighing 170lbs (get your shit in order). That said the quoted dosages are for someone who responds very well to exogenous test and derivatives. I happen to be one of those people or at least pretty good but I've seen plenty of people who aren't. That doesn't mean they need a gram on their first cycle, that means 200mg of test may not be amazing but 350-400-500 will be.

Do your research please. Not just on HGH, but on PEDs in general. It is very obvious that your knowledge on this subjects is not satisfactory. I would guess that you don’t have a lots of knowledge in nutrition, or workout domain as well. Learn, before you jump into something that you may regret later in life.
GH has its place in HRT, just as much as in cycle that would be typical for pro BB.
Learn as much as possible, knowledge is a power.
