Funny cause he contacted me 4/28 to ask me if the offer for running a cycle was still valid? Emails went back farther than April like months before...but it doesn't matter cause I'm not running his gear and will not be recieving any either.
Got cold feet or decided he didn't want to do it. It's possible he had a change of heart. We just don't have enough evidence to say either way and probably never will.

It is. It's evdence that he solicited free gear but he posted evidence showing that he decided not to accept it.

Turkish Pharmacy must have been planning to send the gear. If this was a set-up, TP already had all the proof he needed to nail XnoobX to the wall.
Why would TP go to the extra trouble of asking for references when it wouldn't have made any difference? It looks to me like the source was going to comply.

Oh he was definitely ready to send it but once I sent that email turning him down I guess he felt it necessary to let Mands know that I wasn't going to run it...hence him publicly calling me out!!
