Woman thinking of the 1st Winny Cycle

Hello all! I'm thinking of trying my first Winny only cycle and would like to seek advice on it:)

I've been training for 3+ years and planning to go for a competition (not sure physique or bodybuilding one yet) next year.

I'm 26yo, 5'5 and now around 128-130lbs, with bf about 22-24% I guess? (Pix showing in my profile) Diet is fine (can have some more improvement thou)

My training schedule: 4 -5days/week training
Day1: Chest
Day2: Back
Day3: Shoulders
Day4: Legs
Day5: Arms

I've been reading articles on the use of steroids for women and think Winstrol would best fit my purpose..I would like to have strength increase and gain more mass.

Since good Anavar is not easy to obtain so I'm not going for it anyway. (Im not in the US)

Consuming 10mg ED (oral only)for 6 weeks seems to be a relatively common approach for women?

I'm still new to this and really would like to have your advice, especially those who have used it before. Many thanks!

Try going to anaboliclab.com for lab tested results for Oxandrolone, aka Anavar. There are some good options out there.

She specifically said she wants to do a low dose winny cycle, why would she go look up anavar?

OP. Good luck. Not many women have run winny on purpose around here. Im sure some of the ladies will be a long to give their .02
 
don't be surprised if you see clit growth right at the 4-5 week mark. If you're going to do it then definitely no more than 6 wks at 10mg day, but I knew a chick who did exactly this protocol and saw clit growth rt at the 4 wk mark. It was nothing major but it was noticeable

Winny.... good choice for what you're after! I'm guessing this will be your first cycle. Based on your avi, looks like you have a pretty good base....

Depending on the route of administration that you go... oral vs injectable, each has it's own benefits... as a female you can do either of course... for me and many others I work with. The typical dosing is 5-20mg oral winny a day or 25-50mg a week injectable winny taken e3d has been great. So it's your call. Oral is obviously easy and you take it in spit dose - one morning and one early afternoon. The injectable version may have some post injection discomfort, especially if you are using the one that is suspended in water, the oil based is much smoother.

Either one you can run anywhere between 8-12 weeks... but if you want a shorter run, that's OK too... don't do it less than 6 weeks... it takes a bit for it to kick in so it's pointless to stop just as it kicks in.

As for sides, well the obvious, you will increase in size and strength. Hope you threw your scale away as being on any AAS, including var (being the mildest) the scale is deceiving as we have smaller overall size and look but the scale may be higher than prior to AAS.

Also, you may find sensitivity in your 'love button' and maybe slight enlargement but not necessarily. Every one is different. I don't know why everyone thinks this is such a bad side.... by having your 'love button' more sensitive, you will have higher libido, better sex, stronger and amazing orgasms... so vitalization isn't a terrible side...just keep an eye on it and adjust the dose...either lower or stop if it's too much.

Other sides you may or may not get are vascularity or bloat.... some women go from one extreme to the next... adjust your diet as needed. ALWAYS adjust your diet based on the compounds needs and what your lifestyle is like. Also, if you have the gene for male pattern baldness, you may find that you may lose some extra hairs while you brush it...you may also find you need to shave more often as the hair on your legs will be growing faster.

She mentioned in her post that good Anavar was not easy to obtain, so I offered an option. Nothing more.

Well actually I'm from Hong Kong and I'm not sure if it's possible to get some good quality Winstrol..

I would also ask if there's any need to do a pct for women? (I read some articles reagarding pct for women but I just wondering if this is really neccessary?)

Lastly, if is it common to have some on-cycle support for women during cycle? I've heard of milk thistle, NAC and etc.? Is it neccessary to have some fish oil, tudca or what??

I was reading around, and PCT isn't needed so much in the traditional sense. But tapering off seems to be suggested in more advanced cycles, as well as sticking to a really clean diet post cycle to avoid too much weight gain and rebound.

We tend to get depression post cycle, so whatever you do to mitigate the onset and consequences of depression is really important as sudden increases in estrogen can be problematic for women.

I know I will be careful post cycle to keep to my training and diet to minimize bloat and fat gain I get when I have an influx of estrogen.

the exact schedule is up to your own body... you can start at 10mg for a couple weeks and see how you react and then if you don't see/feel any undesirable sides then you can increase. For winny, I would start at 5mg and work from there. Women tend to be OK with doses ranging from 5mg to 20mg... as for brand, I recommend you pick up a labmax or similar so you can test it prior to using. There are too many shady people out there. And I am sure you can find something even in Hong Kong... check out the threads here, there are plenty reputable places that will ship international.

PCT is not something women need to do, per say. It's not like men. Ideally you need to take your cycle length into account and have the same time off cycle to recover. As for supplements, I always take my fish oils...I used to take NAC but don't anymore. I think one of the DR.'s here said they are a waste anyway. But if it gives you piece of mind then go for it... I just ensure my diet is on point and check my bloodwork regularly.

Got it! Thanks so much as i've been confused by this issues for long since some said yes while others said it's not necessary to do so.

So what you mean is that taking on-cycle support (such as milk thistle, nac, taurine, tudca, hawthorn berries) is not a MUST? coz I've read many articles regarding men taking steroids and most of them do emphasize the importance of those on-cycle support, saying that if not taking those they might be in big trouble or this and that. I'm not so sure if this is the case for women as well?
 
You're not alone. I'm confused about liver support too, as even respected bodybuilders with large followings like John Meadows, for instance, push liver support. I would say clean diet, lots of water, no drinking, good rest and a healthy cardio regime are your priorities and the rest is up to you. I took milk thistle on and off so far, but as soon as I finished the bottle I didn't restock.

I think it was Dr Jim that explained all that supplement stuff... personally I don't bother with it... he even said it was a waste... diet, water and rest... that's the 3 main components... and of course training properly.

Will see how my body reacts, may up to 15mg ED from week 4 if I'm OK with the 10mg.

Any comment please?

Also, may I ask if most of u will do a blood work before starting cycle?

You will need to judge how you respond. You may be ok with 10mg but may need to increase... you will see how you look and feel...then take it from there.

Make sure your diet is adjusted accordingly and drink lots of water.

As for bloods, I always get them done prior and after cycle.

Dr. Scally has also posted about how liver supplements are a waste.
