I like seated BB press in the smith machine. With all the pressing I do, I’ve never done seated BB presses. I’m gonna have to rotate DBs out for those soon.

Is it controllable with an AI? Not sure I want to be a bloated mess.I don't really get that much water from HGH, some people swell up a lot. MK 677 put a lot of water on me.
Lol who doesn't want to look like the Michelin ManIs it controllable with an AI? Not sure I want to be a bloated mess.

Feel for you on PF, I just left a knock off of PF and so happy I did.I've done seated smith machine military presses and they aren't too bad, considering the gym nearest me out where I am is a PF![]()
But I heard soon a reasonably decent gym will be opening soon near me. Can't wait to go check it out.Feel for you on PF, I just left a knock off of PF and so happy I did.
I am sure you will be happier. I know I am even though it's a much smaller gym it is more geared towards powerlifting and bodybuilding. Well worth the change and increase in cost. But I heard soon a reasonably decent gym will be opening soon near me. Can't wait to go check it out.
Agreed...but managed to get somewhere with what I have and my avatar is my most recent pic as taken yesterday.I am sure you will be happier. I know I am even though it's a much smaller gym it is more geared towards powerlifting and bodybuilding. Well worth the change and increase in cost.

Well fuck, Worf's been havin a shit week too. Working in the elements, rain, ice, freezing temps, high winds. Caught a cold, probably a sinus infection at this point. Skipped the last few days at the gym, felt meh today but thought a good workout would help. Well was I fucking wrong. Started warming up on Sumo Deads, decided to alternate my switch grip because I always go left over/right under. Mistake!!! Got 2 inches off the floor and herd some shit in my left bicep tendon at the inside elbow joint, sounded like somebody peeling a velcro strap. Hurt like hell. Waited a few minutes, tried rubbing it on a squat rack. Tried to setup again. Nope, no fucking chance. Did some fluff and pump and took off with my tail between my legs. On a better note me and the Wife are good!
I havent let off the gas pedal since the meet, I guess my body had enough. Was making PR's but I really needed to slow it down because I was tweaking stuff every other week. Dont have a choice now. So I really need to let this heal or Im gona end up stuck at home. I'll probably be limited to some lower body, maybe core stuff and maybe SSB squats, just have to find out. Probably start a different routine when I come back. I think I need to cut back on the intensity, add a little volume and practice my technique. At least until time for another meet.
