They are. I have 2, daughter will graduate college this year, boy is a freshman in college, both play sports and both are home til the first of year due to covid.

they don’t give you a manual when you leave the hospital with them. All you can do is raise them the best you can and pray they turn out to be good people.

Rough day at the office, working from home ,lol. Lower body Not really recovered but I was trying to get back on track with my training schedule so planned to go fairly heavy on squats. Shit just wasn’t there. Played around with my different wraps and I used the Inzer Grippers for my top set. I’m really starting to like these wraps. I firmly believe that different styles of wraps need to be wrapped differently. I experienced the least pain , the most stability and the best carryover. Think I got the self wrap technique for these down pretty good.
Sumo felt like trash, my hip really hurt and glutes hurt. Tried pulling 3 red and it hurt every time so I just called it.

Brought my hands back to normal (for me) width and it felt wayyy better. Had 320 for at least a double maybe a triple, hard to say. In the garage so no spot and wasn’t expecting much after how 275 moved. I’ll keep playing with the setup, it felt very solid after the little tweaks. Ate too much and drank too much yesterday so wasn’t expecting much this workout but got it done.

Congrats on your new son, and soon enough you'll be spoiling him haha. Might be your new gym partner sometime, so at the right time expose him to the powerlifting life!

Been low carb ing the past few days, missed a few training sessions but kinda juggled shit around. Baby came yesterday afternoon, healthy boy. A tad early and a tad small, but came out screaming and pissing on everybody so he’ll do good if he keeps it up. Lol. Wife’s supposed to be comin home today. The utility of the garage gym is unparalleled. Still able to train today. Made thanksgiving food and was able to fit in a session. weight finally broke 216 this am. 215 currently so I’m about 5-10 lbs from my goal. Not the best session today but wasn’t expecting it to be with carbs low and not sleeping much. I’ll carb back up for Saturday and Sunday. Hopefully I can get some decent training.

Conventional feeling really good. Getting good leg drive, weight was flying. Sumo not so much, felt like trash again, changed the stance to a closer more pseudo style or as I like to say “Coan stance”. Felt a little better but not the best. Light session , low carbs last few days. Energy levels a little lower than ideal but needed to get some training in. Decent session all in all.
 
Been running nothing but a 150mg trt dose since the meet. Trying to decide n what to run going into my March meet. I have a trt blood test early February so I’ll probably only have 4-6 weeks to actually blast. Thinking just the usual 300-350 ish mix of trt and added test prop. I’m trying to get a solid game plan together here. I need a qualifying total of 1380 to sign up for nationals. I should be able to get that in second attempts alone. In the March meet. I don’t want to hurt myself and really want to save it for Nationals. It’s 12 weeks between the meet I’m doing in March and Nationals. That would give me time for a pretty solid blast. Obviously with my bw being pretty close to the 220 limit I’m not sure what to run gear wise. Probably some test going into the meet and quite possibly Tren A last 4-5 weeks and obviously halo and TNE meet day, lol

I know anavar gets a bad rep. But if you're not trying to gain weight it sounds perfect. Low to no sides, can potentially help with tendons, get strong without the bloat.

Couldn’t make it into the gym so I lifted in the garage. A bit cold here for a change, noting some pre workout didn’t resolve. This session felt wayyy more difficult than it should have. Might be time for a deload. Going to go low carb the next couple days and get below 215.

I’m not really too concerned with the March meet. I’ll most likely just throw some prop on top of the trt. My goal is just to qualify for Nationals. The blast I want to make worth it is going into Nationals. I’d have 12 weeks after my local meet. Maybe Tren E for 10 weeks. You’ve had really good luck with that right?

Yeah man. I vouch for Tren E 100%. I’ve never done ace, so I can’t compare, but from my own experiences and the ones I read about, the sides are almost nonexistent comparatively. 400-600 should do you perfectly. I made huge gains on 400.
