Sumo coming along nicely, had a break through on my top set. Last rep really got my hips to open up, felt very comfortable. Coach says I’m actually starting to look like a sumo puller now.started running Mk-2866 for some joint help,herd from several friends it good for fat loss so figure I’d try it. Probably start running some test P soon, 6 week out.
