Workout plan and diet, tips/advice welcome

Also keep in mind I'm adding 5 min of cardio every week post work out, I'm on 55 min day right now and burned little over 400 calories(according to treadmill, but who knows) walking at incline around 3.8-4mph
Id say drop this all together in favour of HIIT. Cardio should be hit hard and fast and then done. Do some sled pushes and pulls, battle ropes, skipping. Walking on a treadmil is the least effective form of cardio and it's basically a waste of time cause you can burn that 400 in 20mins doing it with HIIT and it's much more enjoyable
 
Appreciate the tips, I toned down the volume in lifts as recommended and it does feel a little better not being completely obliterated everyday haha.

As for the diet, I'm feeling pretty good with 310p/120cabs/35fat right now so I think I'll stick here for a few more weeks and then go to lower protein and higher fat macros and try it out for last 6 weeks so I can really judge for myself if it's better over all.
