Would Like Some Bros. To Take A Min. And Critisize

o.k. i'll try to make this simple w/ out leaving out any important details, i am on a 10 week tren/prop cycle i chose a dose of 75mg tren w/ 100mg eod, I know some of you would go much higher, but i am hoping for low sides and less trouble w/ regaining my own test production post cycle. so far at week 5 no sides at all, and up 12 pounds while using ferma to control water retention. also using creatine at 3g/ a day.

i want to increase my weight about another 8-10 pounds in the next 3 weeks, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

I am considering adding 20mg d-bol a day for the next 3 weeks, IS THIS A GOOD IDEA OR NOT?

MY DIET:
6:30am 30g protien 60carbs 3g fat
8:00am 30g protein 40carbs 3g fat
9:30am 30g protein 50carbs 15gfat
noon 30g proien 40carbs 15g fat
3:00pm 30g protien 30 carbs 15g fat
5:00pm 30g pro 40carb 5g fta
8:00pm 30g pro 40g carb 20g fat

current weight 183 @ 5'8"

so, i need you bro's advice on what i can do to improve my gains. the more advice i gat the better but any and all advice and/or critisizm is appreciated. thanx

It's possible of course, but what kind of weight do you want to put on?
What is your femara dosage? How has your body composition changed these last few weeks? Gained about a pound a week so far......is that LBM? Are you leaner now? If so you are gaining well already and I don't see a lot of guys doubling their progress rate late in their cycles.
I'd suggest you add winny to your prop/tren. At least the gains you make will not be so much water.
Dbol is great, don't get me wrong and actually I know a few guys who like to add it in the middle or end of a cycle to get past plateaus.
Still and this is just my opinion (bias?), with your cycle winny would be a better choice.
Either way I like to go into pct as lean as possible. Dieting down while shut down is fucking hella depressing.

Diet wise you need more protein. take your weight x 1.5 = 274.5 g of protein per day then adjust as you gain weight. right now your at 210g thats not enough............11

Agreed. The extra protein will allow for more gains.
 
I definately agree....I would double your protein. I weigh about 213 currently and I take in over 450g protein per day. Take in EFA's, and cut out all carbs at 7:00 pm.

My bodyweight didn't start climbing again until I started this protein regimen. I eventually want to weigh about 240 lbs....so I eat like I am 240 lbs.

As far as your cycle is concerned....I would just finish up with it as you have it planned....recover.....and get good and ready for the next cycle. As suggested earlier, you could add winny at the end....but I wouldn't personally.

Get the increased protein consistently down the hatch, and get ready for your next cycle. Just my 2 cents.
