This is just the second time you reheated the vial right?

Just double checking because I wasn't sure if you have had to actually reheat the vial everyday or if reheating the vial didn't "take" last go around because of not having enough heat.

I'll update tomorow. I reheated once but may not have been enough. I reheated in microwave again and it's clear. But we'll see if it holds

I never said it shouldn't be replaced. I said replacing the gear is no the damn solution. Sending it to SIMEC is how you find out what's the problem here. You probably don't know how it works, I'll try to assume you are ignorant and not worse.

You send vial to simec, simec start testing, Frank pay for test. you get result: all good? Frank replace your vial sent to simec. All happy.
Result bad? Frank has a bigger problem :)

I use PHarmacom gear so I want as much as anyone to get at the root of this whole thing but I'm more inclined to believe lab test result Instead of shit rants coming from random ppl.

one is stronger than the other. my guess someone didn't measure right. IMHO add a little BB and your good to go or keep heating on low, either way your good.

looks like bacteria to me, I would not use. crashed gear has crystals not cotton balls. if anyone has anything but crystals in their crashed gear throw it away.

cotton balls in the gear is not crashed gear and I don't need a lab to tell me, the gear is contaminated. any gear with crystals is crashed gear, but gear with cotton balls is contamination, with bacteria growing inside.

Could be, I'm not saying that it's not... But is still a guess. Bacteria shouldn't dissolve if heated. They are there and they should stay there at least that's what I would say... My bacteria knowledge is very poor at the least.

You can not solve this issue by heat it in hot water, to completely dissolve the crystals you need to heat NFP to 92-96 C (celsius) it is melting point for NFP.
So I'm sure that all will be ok after microwave oven.
However we need to see Simec result and do some internal work to try to solve this type of issues in the future

Why not foot the bill for our friend luca to find out what's actually in his bottle? Sounds like a win win to me for everyone.
 
well I would rather have some crashed gear (be it the case) than a fucking seizure letter like I got due Pharmacom. :mad: first seizure letter in over 20 packs fuckin damnit. Seems to be a theme going on here and it involves sloppiness for starters.
 
I haven't read the entire thread, but I have this solution.

Open the vial, take out said contaminant, clean it off, compare its physical properties ( melting point, texture, etc.) to that of NPP.

If it meets the basic criteria for NPP, mix it back in the solution, refilter it, microzap it, and repackage it.

Also, the gear is alot less likely to crash in your body compared to crashing in a vial. The body is alot warmer than a vial.
