Wunderpus' get bigger cycle

ive been sniped for a few years now myslef. My experience was fuckin horrible. Of course 8t was prolly my own fault. The Doc said no sex for like a week....well my dumb ass thought to myself....if I cant uave sex then ill jus have her jerk me off smh....Long story short, I got an infection that felt kuke it was going to take me out the game. Had to take off work for like a week cuz I couldnt bearly get outta bed from the pain. Plus he might have fucked me up when he did the operation cuz my balls were purple an black for almost a year straight. I was seriously scared that they were going to fall off!!! Everything is back to normal now lol but I wouldnt wish that kind of pain on my worst most hated enemy. It fuckin sucked. Would I do it again if I had to???? Damn right, in a heartbeat. Its not that we dont want anymore kids, cuz we do....we just cant afford anymore. So instead of havin more kids an not being able to provide for them at 100% like they deserve, we felt it was time for us both to get fixed. Times are hard an gettin harder.

How did you run your Primo? What dose and duration and do you think the rewards were worth the lofty price tag?

Ran it two ways-

300mgs a week with 200 test for my TRT, and up to 800 a week on my blasts.... All in all, hardly worth the price tag but the lack of sides is very appealing.... I just hate the 100mg/ml limiting factor for pharma

Never really understood why guys are interested in primo. Its the weakest steroid and blows your hair right off your head. Now for a chick at a very low dose, then yeah its a wonderful thing.
 
WP, hope you're feeling better! Do you change up your cardio or stick to one thing? I keep trying different things but I always feel like the stair machine is doing the most for me since I'm not into running.

I switch it up man. Incline treadmill, elliptical and stair master are my top three though!
 
Okay guys, let's talk a bit about occlusion / blood flow restriction (BFR) training...


I created a thread a little while back about it, as it's been of interest for some time now. Well, yesterday was my first attempt with it, I think it went very well.

Yesterday was chest and tris, pretty hard to restrict bloodflow to your pecs, so I stuck with tris only. Did my normal chest "pump" routine, as heavy day is sunday. Tris were fairly warmed up, so my partner and I strapped up and hit some tricep rope pulldowns.

The general idea is to wrap above the targeted muscle, in this instance it's sort of in the armpit. You want to avoid wrapping around the biceps for example, as it would be easier to cut off arterial blood flow (which is bad). The band is wrapped at about a 7/10 tightness (sort of like a blood pressure cuff, maybe a hint looser). High reps w/ low weight are the goal, I started with 30 reps of 60# to see how it felt.... And it felt like you stuck an air pump in my triceps and started to fill after about rep 12.... The relief/rush of pulling the bands off is something, that's for sure. I then dropped down to 3 sets of 15 reps, to get the feel for the bands a little more. It felt great! My tris were full like balloons, and I could barely straighten my arm! Everyone and their mother came over to see what we were doing, and watched in amazement, it was pretty classic.

Anyway, if it's something you've been thinking about, spend the 12 or so bucks on them and give it a whirl. I will be trying them on biceps tonight!

I looked into this method a few months back but never tried it. The theory behind it seems interesting for sure. BTW where do you buy those bands?
