It was so lifelike. I can't remember exactly what happened, but I was at my childhood home then went to the nearby gym. Sure as shit B Pak was there and the rest is history LOL.

Oh, and I am also considering upping my GH to 10iu a day, who here has gone to that level? I worry about starting to get some intestinal growth at the level....
 
Okay great, since I enjoyed this leg routine from sunday so much, here it is:

This routine was a real change of pace for me, and I liked it.

Standing leg curl: 3-4 warmup sets working up to 8 rep max. Once you hit that, do 8 reps on each leg and superset with-

Leg press: Start with 1 plate on each side, and increase the weight each set.

For example, here's what I did:
Standing leg curl 8 reps, leg press 10 reps of 1 plate on each side
Standing leg curl 8 reps, leg press 10 reps of 2 plates on each side
Standing leg curl 8 reps, leg press 10 reps of 3 plates on each side
Standing leg curl 8 reps, leg press 10 reps of 4 plates on each side
Standing leg curl 8 reps, leg press 10 reps of 5 plates on each side
Standing leg curl 8 reps, leg press 10 reps of 6 plates on each side
Standing leg curl 8 reps, leg press 10 reps of 7 plates on each side

After 7 plates, my form started to get a bit sloppy, so I called that a wrap. Your hamstrings will hate you. I used a wide and high foot placement to target my hamstrings more, use what you like. Your quads will get theirs later.

Machine Squats: I was lucky enough to have this machine in my gym, a lot don't. This is the back supported machine that your feet go at a bit of an angle, I like it. I imagine if you don't have it, smith squats would be close.

4 sets of HEAVY 8 reps, work for them, go deep BABY! Oh, and SUPERSETTED with:

Lying leg curls x 10 heavy reps.

4 sets total of 8 squats, 10 lying leg curls per set.

Quad time :)

Leg extensions: Work up till you hit a HARD ten reps, I think I did 4 warmup sets. When you get there bust out a hard 10 and keep your toes pointed back at you and go!

Super set these with sissy squats. Since I wanted to MURDER my quads, I held a 45lb plate till failure, do as you wish.

Finished off with calves. I did the seated calf raise for 2 sets, each set was 10 reps, 10 second stretched hold, 10 partials, 10 second stretch hold, 10 partials and another 10 second stretched hold. Good luck on these, boys.

Now, I highly recommend trying this routine, mostly because my hands are fucking numb from typing it out for you guys :)

Xtend BCAAs, 2 scoops throughout the day
Agmatime Sulfate preworkout sometimes

Metamucil, 1/4 cup before bed
About Time VE Vegan Protein (yes, vegan protein). I like Vega One, too.


Hopefully within the next week my injectable b12 will arrive, that'll be 1000mcgs/week

Really liking Xtend Go...bcaa w/ caffeine. What flavor are you using?? Fruit punch here, mixed w/ a little Gatorade....taste is amazing!!

I have the blue raspberry and the strawberry kiwi. I alternate them, as the BR is REALLY sweet... But, it hits the spot sometimes when I NEED that sugary taste...

Awesome man...glad to hear it. What was your protocol?? If you don't mind me asking.

I had 2mg vials.
Did an entire 2mg vial every Mon and Thurs for 4 weeks,
after that I did half a vial a week for 4 more weeks.

Used 1 ml BAC water to reconstitute and split up dosages into 2 or 3 pins in different areas that I would hit one after another all in one sitting (subQ abs, each side delt -- I just did not want too large a SubQ water injection because in the past when I did over a half mL SubQ I got a lump).

Was also running BPC157, modGRF and GHRP2.
However, I know the anti-inflammation effect was from the tb500 because I run the other peps often and do not enjoy that benefit except for the time I was on tb500 with it all.
