Okay, so nothing real major to report. Dropped the NPP last week, so we're just looking at sustanon and EQ right now. Cruising right around the 250# mark right now. I am probably going to blast Dbol (injectable, when it arrives) for the next 3 weeks to TRY to get to that 260#. That should smooth the transition over into the cut. I will slice my sustanon dose in half, and add tren @350mg's/ week for the first two weeks. I will taper up as I can tolerate the sides.
I have had bad luck with oral dbol and drol, causes horrific constipation and stomach pains. I am going to try some anavar, as it's much milder than those two compounds, we shall see.
Question is, masteron or winstrol? I really don't have the room in my pins for both.... Not interested in bringing out the 5cc syringes, over those days.
Training update: This is week 8 of John Meadows Annihilation Wave program. That program is intended as an off-season mass builder, and it has been great. I will run it again. I will cut the program 1 week short as week 12 is really just a "taper down" week. I have been in contact with John, and he suggested I run his Omega Beam program as my cut. I will get it and see how it goes. He suggested I add a bit more volume where I can, I'm still awaiting a response as to whether or not a cardio routine is in that program (as I get tired of the stairmaster and elliptical).
