Wunderpus' get bigger cycle

are you planning on competing @Wunderpus ?

Henry Rollins never dissapoints
Not right now. Sometimes I think about doing it just for the experience, you know? I have always wanted to do a contest prep to be more informed about it. I really don't know much about what goes in to the 3 weeks pre contest, I just have a general idea.

It would be fun, I'll let you guys know if I do plan on it. For now, it's unlikely.

Those guys aren't using proper technique, as they're just injecting bullshit oil into their arms and hoping for the best LOL.

If used properly, no one would KNOW you're using synthol... Those clowns look fucking ridiculous.

Minus the fact he's a douche, LOL, Bostin Loyd ADMITS to using a ton of synthol. Would you know by looking? I wouldn't to be honest. His arms don't look oily or bloated at all. The reason being, he injects the synthol properly with the correct oils..

I'm actually a bit shocked at how negative responses are towards this! Do you believe it's that you feel like you work hard for your results, and these people are cheaters in your mind?

Looks like hard work to me...

On a different note, what do you guys think about wearing a fanny pack in the gym? Keeping your phone and shit in your pockets sucks!

Then IMO you shouldn't do it. If you were a competitor I'd have an entirely different view point. Apparently people really do get all bent out of shape about this topic. Makes no sense to me is when people say, just use what you already got it or why do you have to push the limits but are AAS users. We all obvious are pushing ourselves beyond our natural limits of growth.

Do what makes you happy WP, whether you regret it or not in the end. It's your decision and you have to live with it, or live without ever knowing. So I support you regardless of whatever route you go brother!

What's up guys!?

So, for some sick reason the universe decided it would throw me the NASTIEST arm workout I've done in years... It's in John Meadows program, but here it is.... I dare you to try it:

Warmup your bis and tris with a few sets of rope pushdowns and curls

When you're warmed up, grab some heavy-ish DBs for curls and walk over to the seated curl machine (I used 35s and it sucked plenty), you can always start heavy and lower as needed.

6 reps of standing DB curls. Keep your pals supinated (towards the ceiling) the whole time. Slowly bring the weight up and take 3 seconds on the decent to lower the weight back to the starting position. You will know you're at the bottom of the position when you flex your tris, then back up and lower for 3 seconds again. This hurts a bit.

IMMEDIATELY after those 6 reps turn the DBs and do 6 hammer curls. Control the weight.

Right after those hammers hop on the curl machine and do 6 reps. At the top of each rep flex HARD for a second then lower it. These feel like fire, seriously.

Do 4 sets of that giant super set.

Standing barbell curl supersetter with 1 arm preacher is next.

Start with 8 reps of barbell curls, immediately supersetter with 8 reps per arm of 1 arm DB curl on the preacher. I alternated which arm started first each set.

4 sets total. That's it for Bi's (although, after all this I went with @OdieM suggested and did an FST 7, fucking ouch).

5 sets of 15 rope pushdowns, flexing at the bottom with only 3 seconds of rest in between sets. I was struggling to completely flex around set 4, which I think is OK.

Close grip bench w/ EZ bar. Try and keep the bar more around your face, rather than your chest... Pyramid up in weight each set, do 1 set of 12, then 10 and finally 8. Take 3 seconds to lower the weight and DRIVE it up into lockout.

Lastly is behind the head tricep extensions using the rope grip. I wheeled a military press style seat over to the cable and did it this way. I'm sure standing or with a bar would be fine as well. 4 sets of 25...

Well, with workouts like this lets see how much these arms can grow!

I'm exhausted just from reading it. Hell of a workout and pump I would imagine.

I'm fixing to start back up with fst7 and every 2-3 weeks add 1000 rep arm work out I was reading up on. It's just something I came across on TNation a while back and thought I would incorporate it into my next cycle. I haven't looked at it in a while but it looked killer. Check it out.

1000 rep? Did I read that correctly?!:eek::eek::eek:

Yes, the pump was insane. If you're a pump chaser, like I am, you'd like it a lot.

Lol I'm gonna definitely try it when the tren kicks in. I'm sure I'll cry
My partner gave up 3 times yesterday with the John Meadows shit... LOL! With the anavar I'm taking I thought my skin was literally going to rip open... I will try this 1000 rep routine on my next arm "pump" day!

I'm actually headed to meet a friend at the gym now. I haven't worked out with anyone in a few years. It's a weird combo, I've got the strength and he's got the endurance from CrossFit

I'm like a little gitty school girl cause I made my best progress with my last training partner and hope I can get this one on the same page too.

Yeah, my buddy and I have been doing the JM program together from day 1. We're going to do our cut together too, it just makes it SO much easier in my experience to have someone who is on the same page you are.

Your buddy on the same stuff your on? The guy I'm meeting hasn't cycled in 10 years so I don't really know how this is gonna play out.

Kind of. He doesn't always listen to me, and it almost always end poorly lol. He's on deca, tren, test, eq and dbol. I have been trying to get him off the deca since we're cutting in less than 2 weeks... Oh well. He kind of does shit like Rich Piana where he runs things for the inappropriate amounts of time, like EQ for 2 weeks, or deca for 1... Whatever LOL..
