Yeah, I actually wasnt in doubt about PEP getting it here, I was a prisoner in the moment of how great the guy is and thought he could just say presto and the USPS problem would be fixed...more of a compliment...

There is no excuse for the unprofessional way I responded to you initially. If I wouldve handled it better from the get go no one would have to be apologizing.....
But, I do apologize for the rude and unprofessional way I responded to you. I think this is the part where we hug, cry, laugh and move on like we're best friends and this never happened.
I did learn something from this experience, I should be offering you guys a way to have a guaranteed delivery date for any size order, not just over $300 (which I automatically upgrade to express shipping that gjves us a GUARANTEED delivery date/time). So...... heres what im going to do to give you guys the option of making sure this isnt possible with your future order (although I will say this is a VERY rare occurrence and I won't stop using priority mail for my main method of shipping).
I'm going to increase my shipping cost tom $20. When you use promo code meso20 and you don't manually select free shipping, you'll pay an additional fee of $20 on your order but it will ship express mail automatically.
So if you have a $125 order and use promo code, it will drop the price to $110. If you don't select free shipping, the final cost would be $130 and your order will automatically be shipped express mail which means the evening that it ships I can give you a GUARANTEED delivery date. We have to take every experience and try make the best of it, but also learn from it.
