Well, sources need to be able to take the good with the bad. These guys are all new to the business of sourcing.(exception being naps) It's a blessing and a curse to suddenly become popular here. Just look at the number of views for the threads here.
It must be insane. They start a thread one day with who knows how many vials wondering how things are gonna go, They've been members at eroids or ironman or ology. The sources at those boards are treated with reverence. They've bought into the fallacy of sourcing being a sexy job and are waiting for the mandatory hand job that the sources receive upon opening shop there. The guys getting here are expecting to have to try and be humble and not be knocked over with all the good ole boy backslapping that's sure to be going on,
And then they meet us. We're quite the Motley Crew. 1-4, ballz, king phd and the list goes on. If I pick up on some sort off attitude and I've got a little time I get going on working myself into a tizzy and threats are lobbed here and there.
Point is these guys get busy something is gonna give. It's a numbers thing. Priorities and confused. These guys are doing it all by themselves for the most part. Some will get a buddy involved to do some packing. More than likely the source is gonna do the picking up of funds. If they don't they are not the best friend a guy will ever have. Cameras are everywhere. If LE is in on it and the one and only time he has his girl retrieve funds or stand in line to ship 15 packs will be the time LE is watching or the time LE has the post office or WU pull up the video. The days of vhs and tapes is long gone. They would be taped over and evidence lost. These days digitally stored video preserves evidence forever. The conspiracy just got one pretty lady larger.
I knew a guy gave his friend a ride 1time. 6rys later and he was being released to a halfway house still shell shocked.
Anyway. Here, in this case, safety in the form of unsterile gear and possible health issues. A "floater" doesn't guarantee an infection. But it's where some start. Hopefully pep handles this with class and doesn't attempt to discredit our friend who had no choice but to come to us with this. How could he not?
Simply informing pep by pm isn't enough here. Keeping this to himself and not letting us know doesn't allow customers that have sust to make an informed decision. Maybe a guy will get a whatman syringe filter and run it through. Maybe bake the gear for a short time. Maybe ask for a refund or exchange. Maybe pull a shady move and sell it to their little brother. Or, maybe simply not use it. Information is key.
I want to thank Lucky for having the courage to bring this to us. Being a honest upstanding member meant that he really didn't have any other choice? gearusing would have pm'd pep and ever so gleefully attempted to extort/blackmail pep. But we're here. Let's see what happens next. Never a dull moment.

Great post Ben..

You did the right thing lucky. I'd venture to say you were PEP's biggest supporter here so I know this was difficult but we all appreciate the heads up..

I wish there was some way to find out exactly what that is. If you're saying it's a different color than the stopper I believe you.

I'm sorry to hear how you were treated when you talked to PEP.. I'm curious to see what he has to say when he comes on here today.

I 2nd what BB and JB said. I for one am grateful when everything is on the table good and bad. I too am curious what PEP has to say about this. Lucky you did the board a service by coming forth with this. The safety and community comes first and foremost.

Once again I'm having a hard time with this one....

I never disregarded what he said or that it's not a problem. Lets look at it from my side....A client contacts me regarding a floater. I respond that no, that is not good and ill immediately reship a replacement plus one for the hassle. I make thousands of bottles a week. When preparing the thousands of stoppers I always riinse and flush them prior to sterilization to ensure any small pieces of debris are removed from the stoppers that come from a huge factory and are produced and packaged on a mass level. So let me just go and shut my entire company down because one small speck of debris became dislodged from a stopper in transit. You're right, I don't give a dam about you or my products, WTF? Are you serious right now? Show me one source that's been in business for years and NEVER had 1 floater! Do that and I'll mail you $1,000.00 cash right now. How do I not care when I immediately respond to you and offer a replacement to be express mailed. Then when I get some off the wall response, that I actually thought you were joking around because you were so upset with me personally, that I couldn't respond to because meso wasnt loading I dig through my data base to find your email address so I can again respond to you immediately. Im sorry, should I have just told you "you're right a floater in your bottle, im going to shut my entire company down because the procedures I follow and have followed for years have caused soooooo many issues that everyone thinks my gear is garbage and I have no idea what im doing". NO! I take pride in what I do and make the THOUSANDS of bottles I make with everyones best interest in mind.

Im not upset you posted this, I'm human! If you want pharmaceutical grade gear GO TO YOUR DOCTOR. Is a floater a big deal, YES. Does it mean I have no clue what im doing and don't care, NO. Unfortunately it happens. Have I taken precautions to ensure that this doesnt happen on a daily basis, OF COURSE because it doesn't! So let me send a rep out to hand deliver every package so when its in your hands we can reinspect it to ensure nothing happened in transit. Do you think we don't inspect the bottles after we prepare them????

Dam! Explain to me how I couldve answered you any quicker or dealt with this any better? What I will do is take this experience to heart and change suppliers for my stoppers. Do you think I just don't care? I do! I will continue to perfect my business and refine my supplies (I can't refine mymprocedures any more because I handle things the way they should be handled or I wouldn't have been able to produce thousands of bottles and still have a good reputation).

T-bol being capped as we speak
Halo-being capped also
Oral primo-being capped also

T4-will now be available in addition to T3 already available
Caffeine-60ml jugs will also be up

I wont stopmadding to my inventory! This will be a superstore for gear very soon.

I hate that lucky had an issue and feels I didn't treat him right. When I get an issue that crosses my pathni don't banter back and forth with the person I immediately say exactly how I'll handle their situation. I really don't know how I could've handled him any different. I can't go back in time and pull the bottle that was sent out, I can't inspect my products any more than I already do before shipping and I can't take back whatever I did to personally upset him. I in no way disrespected him when he contacted me or disregarded his issue. So now im at a loss.... I still value his opinion and input and will listen carefully to whatever he has to say f4om this point further. And im serious about changing suppliersfor my stoppers. I actually used some new ones on the 30ml jugs that are silicone.

I will order more of those immediately and do what I can to reduce the risk of this happening again. I could lie and say it never will...... but I am always honest. Its always a possibilty. I will say that I will always stand behind my products and my clients and do whats right

I definitely see where Duck's concern is and why a floater, no matter what it may be, would cause him to be upset. I think if we had greater insight as far as how Pep's process goes then maybe it would shed a little more light on the subject?
After reading the reply Pep posted I don't think he tried to discredit Duck. I appreciate that. I appreciate Duck coming forward like this also because it is easy for the board to shout a person down sometimes. Duck did something that took alot of guts and brought a legitimate concern to everyone's eyes.
So my question is I'm wondering if this is an isolated incident or a defect with the bottle manufacturer or if this is unsanitary production?
I don't know enough and I hope some of the guys who are more familiar with the process can respond please

I wish you didn't take the route you just did. I will take high resolution pics to show you it is not a stopper. I took some real quick last night. I will post up some better shots later. I will comment on everything you just posted. I don't have time at the moment. Your attitude really sucks ass.

Shit duck it looks like your tried to handle this the right way with pm first. I got a lot of respect for you for stepping up especially since I know you were genuinely happy with pep.

I've been scanning all my vials with a Carson Zorb. It's a USB camera with 35X optical zoom. I shake the vial once to stir up any floaters, then run it past the camera. It takes about 3 seconds per vial. Honestly, I don't know why labs don't do something similar - or maybe they do.

Anyone who has been in the game knows that ugls are just regular guys doing their best to make good gear. In my years have I found floaters? Yes, and my source did the right thing and replaced it. Ever eaten at a restaurant and found a hair in your food? PEP is doing his best to do right by everyone with communication and shipping and quality of gear. You order ugl always check your bottle. Thats why its clear! This is obviously an isolated incident, not like everyone is running forward with this same problem. It is uncalled for to PEP on blast with this isolated incident he tried to correct. There was no intention to hurt, steal or scam. Some type of error that has now been brought to his attention and im sure he will do the right thing and double and triple check his procedures so it doesnt happen again. You think the guy works as hard as he does to intentionally let a floater through with no disregard? He did the right thing trying to compensate fot it but to put him on blast for it is wrong. You put the guy o blast if he says f u its not my problem.

Hes still top notch in my book. Trust me in my years I have seen and heard horrific things from ugls. This is not the end of the world.

Lucky is upset and is for a few different reasons. I will say he contacted me last night when he first came across the vial in question. He wanted to talk about it. Lucky didn't ask for my opinion or advice but I spoke on what I thought he should do and what I thought he had to do.
The thing I can't speak to and won't is how the man feels. He is entitled to his feelings. Every customer is. When we're talking about something that we introduce into our bodies people have the tendency to have feelings that are much more personal in nature. How couldn't we?
Lucky's reaction tells me his feelings. He feels betrayed. He feels like he was let down. I'm getting to know lucky. He's passionate about certain things. The gear he puts into his body is one of them. The company and the man that is the company he has chosen to put his personal stamp of approval on has disappointed him and has done so in an area that he has a difficult time accepting anything but complete perfection in. What he and his friends here put into their bodies must be clean and steril and there isn't a reason or excuse that will make anything but perfection acceptable. That's just the way it is.
Lucky has friends here. He feels as if he let some folks down. He has people he's never spoken to that look to him and his posts as a tool to help them decide where to spend their money. He feels he let them down.
Now, is lucky's insistence of perfection completely realistic? Of course not. We're dealing with ugl's. Can we insist that the ugl's we have here strive to constantly improve in the area of sterility and cleanliness? You're damn right we can and will.
Now concerning pep. Do I believe pep is concerned about the well being of members here beyond reasons that involve getting our money? Yes, I honestly believe this man takes pride in what he does. I believe the man has pride and it's my believe his pride is healthy and helpful to how he operates. Do I believe peps reaction to an emotional and angry customer that he considers more than a customer after these weeks of posting and talking getting to know him? I do. I actually felt good about peps reaction. To be fair he could only be a sounding board to an upset lucky but couldn't give the emotional lucky time to calm down. He needed to address the situstion. He had to speak on it. Pep is exhausted and frustrated. The volume he's doing is unlike any he has seen before. He couldn't possibly have been prepared. I believe he is going to look at how he can implement some way to improve and ccheck to esdure the chances of this happening again are diminished if possible. He'll adjust to the volume.
At some point soon if he's the smart man I believe him to be he will take himself off the radar. My big thing. Staying out of cuffs. Lucky's thing is safety as far as clean product. We have other guys grilling these sources.
Lucky is fairly new to this. I advised him to pm pep giving him a heads up about what was going to happen with his post. Lucky is his own man but I wasn't going to not let him come out with what he found. He wouldn't feel right if he didn't. I told him he had an obligation. There isn't anything pep could realistically say or do to make things better. Will I tell lucky that I believe he getting back behind pep as an ardent and fervent supporter ok and actually the right thing to do if he decides to? Yes. I actually believe it to be the right thing to do because I see a sincere reaction and I see a man wanting to improve. I do. We all can take something away from this and grow. Pep is small enough that he can take from this and make it a positive experience. Once lucky takes this all in I believe he will make an informed decision and see through his emotions. Those emotions are important, though. They make lucky the popular member, good friend and the honest guy you want on your team and if at all possible because of that emotion, honesty and intelligence you do not want as an enemy.
Pep shares similar qualities. I predict the 2 men after a short time have a new found level of respect for each other as well as that friendship that is difficult to have being in the position each man is in will take the positive out of this difficult situation and it will mend and actually become stronger. I like both you guys. Pep is gonna be ok and get through this.
