Yes I got that , I not sure what I was thinking , I was always told to eat yougurt while on antibiotics because that reason .
I like to eat Greek yougurt with raw honey , it's better than ice cream !
Dude greek yogurt is like the best. i can eat a tone. i can eat so much id have to puke the thing cause its too much to digest.

I was hoping that I didn't have to post this but after reading the reports of people not getting their packages, I felt I needed to chime in as well. I was told early last week that my order had shipped. I was told this in two separate emails.
As of today, my tracker number is still not working and my emails have not been returned. I'm certain that they were never shipped and I was lied to twice. Not happy in the least.
I have had this happen one time before with a different source. That time I was scammed. I believe this will turn out similar.

It wasn't for me. No keto flu, no nothing. Liver enzymes were great, and lipid profile was outstanding. I didn't even limit calories and fat dropped off. Be aware though- if you do it for more than a few weeks, and you carb out on pizza or something, it'll make you sick as fuck because your body has no idea how to handle it. Try to ease back into carbs.

Mix up your favorite flavor of whey protein in plain greek yogurt, stir that shit up real good, it takes on the flavor of the protein very nicely.

For some people popping the keto cherry is hard. Don't limit calories at first, make sure your fats stay high, and some people have really good luck dropping in off a 48 hour fast. It's easier every time you do it.

I used to get my honey from walmart until I tried this guy from the farmers market. It's like night and day the difference in the honey. If you have to get some from walmart make sure it is all natural. Then whenever you get a chance try to find a local beekeeper and get your honey from him. You will definitely know the difference once you taste it. I do not buy honey from supermarkets anymore.
