Hope so. I was just doing a small trial run to see how it goes before I grab a ton of Primo. From what I read here, I had high hopes but those are now gone. I would have preferred for him to have been straight up and not lie about an order being shipped. Reminds me of SteroidsFax.

We did shut down for the weekend. I'm not sure what is going on with the post office but they are royally screwing shipping up for us. I know there is some fear that people won't get their gear but let me reassure you that everyone gets their stuff. If you look at our history you will see that we make things right and always give a little extra when something is messed up. Please be patient.

I just placed a donation earlier today, I will keep the board updated. Something to keep in mind: PEP has had rave reviews for some time now, which means he is probably receiving a growing volume of orders. When most businesses undergo a larger demand, they can simply hire more workers. This may not be possible for PEP for safety/security reasons. Lets keep our fucking pants on for a few days.

Pep has built a solid reputation here and calling pep a liar and comparing them to a garbage company because you've had to wait a little while for your gear is a bit premature.
If you handle it well, pep will take care of it.

If there is a new person working at the post office he or she may not be scanning the barcode into their system.
I have had that happen to me. My customers love that shit.
And sometimes if I sold a ton of shit to one person and was out of stock on one item I would package their goods and fill out address and wait until the outofstock item came in.
If the customer asked me tracking while I was holding on shipping. I would go ahead and give it to them. So pick your posion, because it is one of those two.

To be honest, I'm not sure. I have had alot of issues brought to my attention lately about the post office doing some strange stuff. But even if the post office screws it up, I have seen Pep make it right time after time.
I can promise that no one is getting scammed. Things may happen during shipping and sometimes orders get delayed but in the end we make sure everything is right. Pep and I have talked and he is actively working on all the issues that have come up.

Pep might be out of powder and has to wait to get it in to start baking. I mean we can all guess till were blue in the face. But at the end of the day pep will take care of you newbie orders. Please tip the wait staff on your way out.
