Alright, an update on my greek yogurt experiment... This shit is........ NASTY!!
I mixed 1/3 of the tub with a tablespoon of honey.. Nasty, so I added another and the walnuts.. Gross.. Added a scoop of whey, tolerable..
Ate that shit and now I feel like I'm gonna puke!!

I always get flavored greek yougurt but one day I decided to try plain since it has more protein per serving compared to flavored. What a mistake, it was very sour and unpleasant. Now I just stick to flavored greek yougart. FYI I still have an unopened cup of greek yougart in my fridge

I swear it does get better man. Hang in there. It used to get me like that too. I eat that shit fast as fuck and I have gotten used to it. I know some people put oats in it too.

Ive tried the vanilla flavored greek yogurt and I like the plain better. Honey and walnuts help me tremendously.

I do the oats and honey sometimes. I've also mixed it with chocolate whey which turns it into kind of a chocolate pudding if the Jello company was located in hell, and Bill Cosby was satan.
Just hammer it the fuck down like you'd do with some unfiltered, unflavored whey.

Big difference when mixed with 2 packets of Truvia. That's how I eat it and it tastes pretty good.

LoL that's what I did with the plain yougart when I tasted it. Just threw it in the blender with some protein

i mean i used to eat as breakfast, preworkout and for dinner.
BTW when you used honey, how much did you put in there, go for at least 2 spoonfulls, and stir it up good.

As much as I love reading about yogurt.... does the peprep have a clue with what's going on with shipping? I'm supposed to get 2 day express with tracking but am holding off to see if people are getting their orders. Let us know when and if u figure this shit out so we can order. "You'll get taken care of" doesn't tell me when its coming in and doesn't inspire confidence in ordering

Trackers are sent out once the pack is sent out and not before. The post office is special though and does not always do their job correctly. When I say taken care of, that includes the post office screw ups which account for the majority of our shipping issues. Once it is in their hands it is out of our control.
Pep has still taken care of people when it is the post office's screw up. I'm pretty sure most other sources don't do that.

I got my tracking number a week and a day ago, usps still hasn't ever heard of the tracking #. Still haven't received anything either. They said they'll take care of me. But I haven't been taken care of yet. So idk what's going on. If I ever get my package I'll let everyone know. They sure did respond really fast to get my money, since then contact sucks

The p.o fucks up alll the time! This is nothing new.
