AI's do nothing against existing gyno.

It can prevent gyno at best, but it will NOTTTTTTT do anything against existing gyno.

Take 10mg tamoxifen for every 100mg testosterone you inject.

If someone claims that an AI helped with his gyno, there are two possibilities:
- His AI was actually nolvadex
- He didn't have any gyno in the first place, probably just puffy nips (which isn't gyno).

my nips are also puffy most of the time. Even off cycle. Its because I'm fat. (i mean 14-17% fat) not actually obese fat. But I think a lot of people confuse fat nips with estro nips.

Ya it’s substantially larger today, the third day.
The 1mg of arimidex I took yesterday didn’t do anything.
I have nolvadex at home but won’t be there till Saturday...
Damn this has me worried.

Are you constantly touching it? That will probably make it worse.

No. Just a few times per day to see what it’s doing. Today it’s a smaller, harder, less painful, and less red.

Looks / sounds like an ingrown hair, to me. I'd just monitor the situation for now.

If you're concerned about it, you can always get some (pharma) raloxifene in case the issue is gyno and it gets worse. It has stronger anti-estrogenic properties in breast tissue than nolva and is better for gyno.
