I'm loving greek yogurt.
Somehow I'm not as bloated and fat by the end of the day since I've started eating greek yogurt
Greek yogurt is magical and super versatile. Use it in place of sour cream, mayo, all kinds of stuff. You can make a chicken salad with Greek yogurt as a base that's delicious and super high protein. Just all around great stuff.

I have done that. Especially the chicken salad...it tastes pretty good but I made half with mayo and half with Greek yogurt. Of course the half with mayo is 10 times better but I still like the Greek yogurt one.

I did a recipe with all greek yogurt then added a tbsp of mustard to it and that result kicked it up a notch. I like it better than regular!

Dude, I did that today. Barbeque chicken breast rolled around in greek yogurt and it was awesome

and 2 pounds of greek yogurt is only 695 calories, incredible
 
300g Cottage cheese with 2 tablespoons piri piri sauce, black pepper, and celery sticks

Lowest calories with 40g protein besides a shake in water lol and it's a casein source so slow digesting keeping you fuller longer

Yeah low/nofat cottge cheese is really good. Very similar macros to grek yogurt. Less versatile but delicious. I love cottage chese with a sweet, ripe fruit, cottage cheese with fresh peaches (cnt waitmfor peach season!!) is fucking delicious. Or apricots, nectarines, or mango although getting goid mangos in the us is fucing impossible most of the time.

When I discovered it for myself, I ate it with almost all products, shoved it everywhere, with meat, fish, salads, pastries. This is a very cool find.

I eat my cottage cheese with cinnamon and splenda
 
If you're carving on fries, fried potatoes or something use celery root, cut it in cubes, simmer it and then use low calorie spray / separation fat (like bakers or butchers have for their forms) in a pan and roast it with fries spices / roasted potatoes spices.

For pasta or rice, use that slim stuff made out of konjac root. Cook it in spiced water or roast it then with your meat / veggs or whatever

Or low calorie food for example is whipped egg whites with flavor drops. This really fills up your stomach to max.

Or simple cooked psyllium husks with flavor drops.

I really love all these variations. Especially the celery root stuff, I love it more than normal potatoes haha.

Btw whipped egg whites... They full your stomach really af!

Yes, egg whites, when you are on a diet, are a real salvation, you are right.
