What I meant basically was that they are the same size they were before I was on testosterone. What did you think I was referring too?
Testicular atrophy is often subtle
and progressive so much so many tend not to notice the atrophic changes that have occurred over time.
More importantly although testicular size is generally a more reliable indicator of reproductive activity, AAS adversely effect not only spermatid numbers but their mobility and overall "quality".
To that end many misinterpret the relative preservation of testicle size as an viable indicator of endogenous TT production, which is certainly NOT the case, esp when cycling AAS.
