What's your favorite weight training exercise?

Do you realize how long ago that thread was? Plus it was updated later on, a few posts forward. It also wasn't my last log. Check super DMZ 3.0

Yes, yes I do, not even 6 months ago..

That was quite a long time ago. Interesting how ya'll still talk about it. Pathetic though. Bench is actually 415 max. Young fools.[:o)]

Less than 6 months is a "quite a long time ago"?? [:o)]

Bench went up 150lbs within 6 months!! [:o)] Let me guess, you're also 205lbs now right??

You're your own worst enemy here.. You see the problem with pathological liars is they HAVE to lie, you can't help it!!

I weigh at 198 lbs.

The original weight was incorrect in that thread - it was corrected later on.

Where the fuck was it corrected? At the end of the log on December 27th you said "weight went up a few pounds to 162".. I could give two shits what you really weigh, the point is you're a LIAR, a fake, a fraud, phony!!

Get comfortable in you're own skin dude, it's healthy for the soul..

Otherwise I would have written 6 paragraph's here and all in caps.

You know..you should really just Quit while you can...
I'm not going to keep arguing, my point has been proven.

What point? Stop speaking in riddles.. Hardly any of your posts even make sense..

BBC fucking nailed you with his long ass post last night..

Sometimes there's a reason for people's confidence..

:rolleyes::cool:;)

Why'd you edit out the impending doom is upon Meso part?

You're confident online in your alter universe.. I am positive this isn't who you are in real life.

You back up nothing you say and when questioned you spew a few meaningless lines as if you've addressed the issue..

You cray cray!! [:o)] Ok now hurry up and get the last word!! [:o)]

That's your problem. You haven't met me in real life. Therefore you are merely assuming, and it means nothing.
But what does it matter...these are just online words. Therefore, it means nothing.
What does matter is what you just pointed out earlier.
I want you take a REAL good look at the board.
What has been happening over the last few months...
Without paying ANY regard to me.
What have you noticed.

Let's start with "steroid underground".
This board needs to straighten out, and these arguments aren't getting it anywhere.
However - I profess that if you or the others hadn't jumped on the bandwagon of bullshit...there would be no problems.

As a final point, and since you are going to respond anyway.
All of these arguments need to stop altogether. People can't even discuss a fucking weight training thread without all this?
Really sais something about your view of this board.

Why'd you edit out the physical violence part!?!? What's your 155lbs ass going to do to me again?? [:o)][:o)]

I didn't hop on any bandwagon broseph, you've been arguing with people for months, I haven't said a word until I politely asked you the other day to stop posting your bullshit literally 100x a day like a fucking crackhead.

Just shut the fuck up...

Well now you actually did something of Value. You got lucky and spelled part of my REAL name. :D

I wouldn't think those are "weight training" exercise's...but, they are good activities, that's for sure. Weighted dips and pull-ups now...which is I think what you may possibly have been referring to, are the shit. But for me, only third to Bench Press and Farmer's Walk.
Dips and pullups are intense foundational mass building movements, I would think most advanced bodybuilders would be using added weight, but I think that also depends on how much the user weighs as well. The heavier you are, the less weight you would probly use as well, if any. I weigh 190, I need weight to build muscle on these, when doing pullups today, I found adding a 25 or 35 to the weigh belt was just the right contraction, after adding a 45, it was more strain on the joints and less of a good contraction.

Yeah I hear ya. I just meant alone and without weight they are plain movements and not "foundational" - core workouts.

Well, I think the movements themselves are in fact foundational, but I guess what your meaning is if not utilized correctly (moving up in weight, adding weight, and keeping the intensity there) they kind of become "not so foundational". I know when I started doing bodyweight close grip dips in highschool, I started to get some epic tricep hang, it was foundational for me then. But then I figured out if you hung weight when doing them, they got even bigger, haha. All in progression, all in progresion
