Before I start, I have no interest to begin AAS.
I wanted to start lifting and thought the people in this discussion board would have the best information for me.
I am making this post to ask about how often you exercise a certain bodypart a week. Like mon-back tues-triceps/shoulders etc.
Can anyone share their routine or help me make one?
I have recently bought a bench w/ preacher curl, leg extension and free weights.
