I dont know why GM dropped Pontiac , it was a legend brand , should have chucked Buick , but the old folks like Buicks , lol.

I almost forgot the 85" Firebird Formula I had , loved that car . Took out the 305 TPI and put in a 383 stroker TPI then it was a blast . Got a mid-13 at the dragstrip until I dropped the tranny . ~Ogh

Don't know why either Pontiac engines wer the first to true performance engine.

A friend of mine has a 383 striker in a muscle truck with a dana rear end can't remember witch one but it's a monster.
