rehab cycle: test, deca, albuterol, gh

Short update:

Have been doing DB presses, inclined and flat about every other day for a while. Still sticking with sets of 25. I can't say my shoulder feels any better or worse as a result, but I'm at least getting a chest workout of sorts.

Training/rehab hasn't changed much. I can tell my shoulder is getting stronger, but the pain is pretty constant anymore. I think he is shooting for constant low grade pain, so I guess it's working. I have a pretty basic program at this point I could follow without his help. We talked about this, and I will probably go that rout in another week or so.

I'm still squatting on Sundays to avoid getting grief for it. I was spotted last Sunday by another of his clients, and I think she is going to rat me out. We'll see how it goes ; )

Had my last session with the trainer today. He had me bench and OH press light weights to test improvement. I can't say I'm 100% or even 50%, but it's clear I'm a lot better off than when I started.

He still tried to talk me out of squatting, but I did them after training anyway, squats and deficit trap bar deads. Now walking is a challenge. I'm supposed to do an MTB ride at lunch. That's really going to suck.

Decided to cycle through the middle of October starting last week, 500mg test e, 750mg tren e (adex 0.25 eod). I've been on 100/150mg test/tren for a while - or maybe a little more than that. I was expecting the increase to kick it quick, if nothing else I expected a little lung discomfort when I injected all that tren, but there was nothing. Superior's tren e passed labmax - I test every vial. I'm just wondering what the dosage is.

lung discomfort doesn't hit that fast especially with Enth.
It has in the past with their tren e. I never got tren cough exactly, but the discomfort in my lungs happened more often than not. It would last up to 5 minutes or so. Maybe I just got used to it?

I either got Tren cough or I was good to go :) the discomfort was only if I tried doing cardio.

I get winded doing cardio on tren too. Then again, I get winded doing cardio without tren :D

Curious why would your trainer not want you to squat?

He thinks I'm stressing the shoulder joint when I go heavy. I don't feel any stress at all, though. I think it's something he experiences when he squats that he thinks happens to everyone else.

YEa I feel no stess on the shoulder the bar sits on my traps. Maybe when you grab the bar a little stress n the shoulder. It must be from his own personal experience.

it kills my shoulders to get under the bar to squat. I still do it, but I've had to stop squat secession because of shoulder pain. something gets tweaked while getting under the bar.

If someone pushed or tightened up the shoulder (instead of just resting on the traps..etc) area while squatting (some do) it would possibly hurt it. Now if people just made sure to just hold on and balance the bar during the squat...imho.
