Short update:
Have been doing DB presses, inclined and flat about every other day for a while. Still sticking with sets of 25. I can't say my shoulder feels any better or worse as a result, but I'm at least getting a chest workout of sorts.
Training/rehab hasn't changed much. I can tell my shoulder is getting stronger, but the pain is pretty constant anymore. I think he is shooting for constant low grade pain, so I guess it's working. I have a pretty basic program at this point I could follow without his help. We talked about this, and I will probably go that rout in another week or so.
I'm still squatting on Sundays to avoid getting grief for it. I was spotted last Sunday by another of his clients, and I think she is going to rat me out. We'll see how it goes ; )
