Be uncomfortable its good eventually your body will accept it and burn it and it WILL NEED it.

Remember you only need your body weight in protein maybe a little more. Drop the extra chewables and have 16oz milk with everything.its liquid so it goes down easy plus if its whole milk it comes in at 16 g protein and 300 cals. Youll pack it on quick like that. Have metamucil to keep you regular and learn to love it
 
Hey Tile went back and looked. You are now just settling into your cycle maybe the dbol was under dosed so you didn't get much water. You have short esters. Go hit the shit out of the gym stay eating you will see it here soon. Keep it up.
 
@tileguy123 ... Not sure if you're eating white rice or not .. But 1 cup of botan white rice is 310 calories 0 fat and 6g of protien. I try and get 1 cup of my first 3 meals.
Navy beans are another high cal 255 cup, 15g protien, 1.1g of fat. Add some chunks of ham in those beans and you've got a meal ... Warning though those fuckers are high in fiber!
 
Man im feeling like shit with all this food going down the trap.. im eating 5 eggs 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal , cup of milk, protien shake in the am. . makes me feel like SHYT!!! but i cant hold weight for shit!! I dropped the GETM dbol have some verified shit on the way, a replacement for that.. but it did help boost my weight only thing i felt from it.. other than streghtn, but that could be from the TP, NPP.. on the dbol on about 40mg ed, i seemed to shoot up toward 200 at night, and 196 in the am. now im struggling to hit 198 at night, and wake up about 192 after a shit and piss. FUCK im a hard gainer even on AAS.
believe me I am eating my heart out. 6 good meals a day. proper portions.. smoked chicken, Ham, or Turkey Meatloaf for 2 weeks straight , with veggies, and potatoe, or Rice. Yogurt inbetween , shakes, whole grain ham sandos... i mean im starting to feel stuffed all the time , but the scale has ceased to move, wtf.. plus i havent done cardio in 4months now, in hopes of putting more energy into building muscle, but now there is subq fat on my 6 pack, motherfucka..id be good with that if i pushed to 205-210 but seeing no scale fluc has me annoyed as shit

Btw I don't think your a hard gainer. You dont have a hard gainers frame or muscle bellies. Your just afraid to eat

Sun - Chest obliterate that shit, with flat bench, and smith machine incline mainly
chest flys, done a cple ways, chest dips. Sometimes ill throw in Tris while on the juice just cause i can make it through it without affecting tommorrow

Mon- Total Arms . I get down on this day . favorite day,and my tendonidis whether its the NPP or not is not impeding this day.. ill give my today workout out..:

seated preacher curl machine 5 sets to start
supered w/ vbar cable curls. 5 sets

5 sets of hammer curls drop sets.. so thats actually 15sets.
seated incline dbcurls.. 2 triple drop sets. arms on fiya
single armed seated preacher curls with light db, done for reps of 50
supered with barbell reps

Tris, 10 sets of Tri rope pushdowns, (im seeing crazy gains in streght here, im pretty much moving the whole stack at this point.)
supered with weighted dips..
supered with 5 sets of tri pull downs in the lat station.. arms really to implode

Tues: hams/ quads

Wed shoulders

Thur abs, low back , and calfs

FRI Back

Im on short and long ester Test.. 600 mg of TE ew, w/ 100eod of TP so 350ew = 950 mg
+ 350 of NPP..

have some real dbol in flight now. almost out of growth but still using now about 4iu of blk tops post workouts.. seems if i go up to 4 or beyond i get red welts, so im styaing at 4iu. gunna run this kit out .. maybe wait a month or two and grab 300iu from TP..

Yeah i am taking your advice and pounding milk everymeal, and with shakes, even though my stomach doesnt tolerate the lactose, im taking some cosco pills for that with every 8oz i just eat this small lactose pill. ive been going through 2% gallons like eod.. should i switch to whole Milk- even with its high fat content??? Metamucil , i probably should be on some.. my mother takes that shit religiously . wouldnt be suprised if our guts are similiar (internally)..

Just ate a 12'' roast beef and ham sub from Jimmy Johns on the way out the gym, came home and at a full 8 oz chicken breast, about 4oz of Turkey meatloaf, some white beans, and some brocolli. 16oz of milk to top off. sitting at 197 naked with about 3-4 Meals to go today.. maybe today is the tipping day..

Im the same way bro i drink water , right up till i go to bed... I piss throughout the night like a madman.. overactive bladder, prostate was checked last year, no issues there, but seeminginlgy whether on cycle or not, i cant remember a year that i could sleep throught the night. Im like a clock up to piss every 2 hours. idk. I drink a fuckton of water. id say gallon and a half at least per day. In the gym i get cotton mouth on cycle, its cray cray, i slam water like a sports commerical for gatorade...

If im going to drink milk I wanna enjoy it so only whole milk for this guy. A gallon Eod is good. Do the figures man you can get 1500 cals a day just in milk alone plus its a whole protein with the entire amino acid chain present so its as good as meat or eggs. For you yes drink whole milk you skinny fucker!

Btw how does milk treat you? Im confused and ignorant does it give you diarrhea or constipated you? For us regular folk it should constipated you and that's the need for metamucil. If you dont take it you ain't shittin.

Ill try some whole milk next go in a few days.. right now sitting on 3 gal of 2%

I'm 29 but my test is fucked, probably from uneducated prohormone cycles years ago. If I remember right, you got bomb natty test. How old are you if you don't mind saying?

Yo, sometimes milk doesn't sit well with me, I sub it for Kefir man. Lots of protein and 99% lactose free. Tastes great and lots of flavors or plain if youre tryin to keep carbs low

I was going through alot of almond milk, but im liking milk thus far over the last month ive been taking these lactose pills . . keep em right on top the fridge, and allows me to pound milk. now mind you i could have milk before or ice cream. my intolerance isnt extreme. but when you , or I start to consume Milk with every meal thats where i simply shit my pants, and it gets real messy
