Years ago I was pulled over on the highway. Cop asked if I had any guns weapons etc. I said no. He said can I check your vehicle? I told him not without a warrant. He then said if I had nothing to hide why not? I told him it was an intrusion on my privacy and that he could not. He then tried to say that he smelled marijuana. He again told me he was going to search the vehicle...told him no again. He told me he was radioing in for a warrant. I told him that was his decision to make. So I sat in the back of his car for almost 2-1/2 hrs while he did paperwork and "waited for the warrant to arrive". He constantly kept asking to search the car so "I could just go on my way" Finally he told me that the warrant was going to be a while so he would impound my car and have me sit in holding. I told him "no problem, this will just make the punitive damages when I sue more substantial."
Then without another word he told me to get out of his car. He drove off without even saying another word.
I was pissed off he wasted my time and then got a wonderful feeling knowing I had wasted his as well.

If the police pulled you over I'm willing to bet you would open your mouth like you do here and be behind bars or beaten to death long before you had a chance to chime in on meso with more of your asinine comments.

Ask the police if you're under arrest.
If you're being detained, do not ask the police why. Ask them,"what crime am I suspected of committing?"
Or you can just by a Kawasaki Zx11... And no one will catch you.

I know this sweet little hippie chick type girl. She tells me she got busted with some pot. I said HOW..? Said she was pulled over for something and a female cop told her she could smell it on her. I was like, So/Yea../?!?! Then the Robo-Cop-BITCH ran her pre-programmed money making nice guy routine on her and buddied up to her and then asked her "She knew she had some - does she have any in the car...?" Of course dumb ass little hippie chick says 'YES'.. I SAYS..... WHY.. Dumbass... So now she's got a mess of charges..

The best thing you can ever say to the arresting officer, and after that answer NO questions and volunteer nothing till you have an attorney
That simple rule will keep a bad thing from getting worse and another thing don't resist arrest as it will get you in hotter water.
Unfortunately, I've got a few arrests under my belt. Even worse, I'm a slow learner. It wasn't until the 4th or 5th time I fell for the good guy buddy cop routine only to have that fucker lie his ass off on the police report, that I learned that the best thing to do is SHUT THE FUCK UP.
