For example I trained 16 yrs naturally so I have a deep connection to how I work. I did it the hard way for a very long time so I fully expect to have my 18's by the end of my cycle. That's me
What I'm saying is its all genetic! Im not genetically predisposed to huge arms actually probably quite average here. I have a hell of a reach which helps tremendously in combat sports and sparring etc but by body building purposes probably too long. It doesn't help that I almost never curled as a dug free athlete ya know? Always trained for practical application thru larger body parts. As I see you have good genetics in your arms and you LOVE arm day so you will grow. Its always a matter of genetics. Im 260+ because I carry a better than average mass in my trunk muscles. That's like when people question me and want to know what I eat and how I train cuz they see I have HUGE legs and calves. I just tell them I probably train less than YOU. they look puzzled. Its merely genetics. I look like a 500 lb squatter cuz of my leg development but for a fact I just accomplished 405 yesterday! My near 20" calves are their whether im 200 or 260. That's like asking arnold how do you achieve a physique like that? He would always say candidly because my parents ! You see he has better genes than both of us so he accomplished what he did. It doesn't mean if we do the same as him we will LOOK the sameI damn sure hope so at 260 big fella.. no reason our arms should be the same at my size to yours.. I will achieve 18s this i know, cause im only a inch or so away, But this is coming from a back surgery, 169 pounds in sep 2013, and probably 15.5 inch arms.. so yeah i guess thats about right, ive gained a little over a inch in one year and 2mo..
@tileguy123 are you getting any cheat meals in? You gotta cut lose once in awhile and go eat what your craving for. Better to have one bad meal and stay on track than burn yourself out. One bad meal a week (or every 3 days) keeps you sane and satisfied.
