I damn sure hope so at 260 big fella.. no reason our arms should be the same at my size to yours.. I will achieve 18s this i know, cause im only a inch or so away, But this is coming from a back surgery, 169 pounds in sep 2013, and probably 15.5 inch arms.. so yeah i guess thats about right, ive gained a little over a inch in one year and 2mo..

What I'm saying is its all genetic! Im not genetically predisposed to huge arms actually probably quite average here. I have a hell of a reach which helps tremendously in combat sports and sparring etc but by body building purposes probably too long. It doesn't help that I almost never curled as a dug free athlete ya know? Always trained for practical application thru larger body parts. As I see you have good genetics in your arms and you LOVE arm day so you will grow. Its always a matter of genetics. Im 260+ because I carry a better than average mass in my trunk muscles. That's like when people question me and want to know what I eat and how I train cuz they see I have HUGE legs and calves. I just tell them I probably train less than YOU. they look puzzled. Its merely genetics. I look like a 500 lb squatter cuz of my leg development but for a fact I just accomplished 405 yesterday! My near 20" calves are their whether im 200 or 260. That's like asking arnold how do you achieve a physique like that? He would always say candidly because my parents ! You see he has better genes than both of us so he accomplished what he did. It doesn't mean if we do the same as him we will LOOK the same
 
@tileguy123 are you getting any cheat meals in? You gotta cut lose once in awhile and go eat what your craving for. Better to have one bad meal and stay on track than burn yourself out. One bad meal a week (or every 3 days) keeps you sane and satisfied.

Honestly those are the only meals I like right now except brekfast always rocks ...
I'll hit subway , jimmy johns even mcd's I don't really care . If it's the golden arch I'll usually order a grilled chicken sando or two w / a diet coke and toss two buns basically

I'm set on working arm day reverse every other time ., suprised I've overlooked that . This way my closed grip bench and weighted dips I'll be able to go much much harder .. Tri game is gunna get turned up .
Seems like I could work a cple simple sets of bis ed too .. Like 3 sets of curls 2-3 additional times a week as a finisher . Bis never ache like the rest of me from workouts .
 
I did some pull ups and chin-ups on leg day the other day .. And while I have the strength to pull them Np I've realized there not worth my tendonidis ... As I immediately felt a twinge on the negative . I think once a week I'll sub some in with rubberbainds assist for the negative ... But not full boar . The other thing that still will set it off is heavy pulling like deads or racks over 225 ...
Wierd it don't hurt from bi and tri movements no longer which has Been the ultimate blessin

Im just wanted to make the point that EVERYTHING is predetermined or genetic. You have some VERY good attributes you can exploit yourself. Lean seems to be your calling. So add to it. I wouldn't call you a hard gainer tho. That doesn't seem to fit your physique. Maybe just REALLY fast metabolism which is weird cuz your a little older than me
 
Bought some new UA shit again . Got a nice partial zip mid layer ... Then a down vest . Very nice shit . Then some more UA dry fit shirts I think I like these more than my tanks .,, and even or casual wear . It's fitted but still nice grippy yet loose . I tried on some nike combat fitted dry fit Ts and the xl fit me like a youth small - Lookn stupid small and left me gasping for air .
 
I know I'm excited to add cardio bak in the mix . All that will change is I'll work my abs 3 out of my 6 on days with my normal + 20 min cardio : tread , elliptical , bike or stair dgaf which the hate is equal. But I'm good at commuting to doing the shit . I can't wait to burn this sub q shit da fuck off . I'm thinking of running my t prop into month 4 - and starting cardio . .. Go through pct and off time same way as to avoid sub fat . My trainer recommended I drop the cardio 4 mo ago - not sure if I'm in love with result right now
 
You definitely have a UA problem! It's good shit though bro, I like it too it's just too spendy for me

I do nike , UA , Adidas sucka ... But I get half off at one of the better stores ... So like my vest was 149.99 - for 140 I got that and a mid layer , two UA shirts , a Nike Jordan tank , and UA girl leggings for my bitch ..
They sell camping and hunting shit too only the best sometimes I want to go full nuclear in there . My ex baby mama is a account in there back office
 
2 things, one if I didn't know better, I would think tile is a rep for UA, and two you should look in to a sponsorship. I have never seen someone so amped on UA gear. Well, my dad loves that shit too, but he is like 65 now... Honestly in killer shape though, he just did his annual mount Whitney hike a few weeks ago. Maybe it was that UA that pushed him through :)
