"Generation Iron" starring Phil Heath, Branch Warren and Kai Greene.

I have read this before.
I have a suspicion, theory, idea, whatever you want to call it. Im willing to bet that the mediocre bodybuilders are the ones on the ridiculous doses trying to fill in the gaps in their genetics. Maybe i'm wrong, I wouldn't even begin to tell you that I know one way or another. I think most of us here would like get a good read on what is really going on. I beleive what dorain says here

I have also heard of something called the Milos papers or the Milos documents. I beleive someone told me that this was some sort of scandal involving accurate information about cycles and doses of pros, AGAIN - this could be inaccurate information I was given by someone else. Lee Priest is another one that will talk openly about steroid use, I tend to believe him less and have very little doubt that Dorian Yates is bullshitting. I think he was just really that good and didn't need to go nuts on the gear, his training was simple, his diet was simple, and I believe that his cycle was also.

Alright lets talk about what kind of cycles these guys run. I have no clue when it comes to big mofos like them, but has to be a serious amount. Anyone familiar with IFBB cycles?
We shall never know. I dont believe any of what these guys say. They have a superiority complex and want you to believe they are that much superior. People believe that in the golden era arnold and the guys didnt have much steroid use cuz of the absence of AI then. I read an article on casey viator saying that the bb back then were just as reckless as now days. That mentzer used up to 2.5g of deca alone.

I hear priest saying he got big on a cc of deca and test a week. Really Lee? That fuckin dude is 260 ripped and all on 2cc a week? Dont insult my intelligence. Were all human. There are genetical factors that separate them from us but I dont believe that for a second.

I guess it all really doesn't matter. Why? Who fuckin cares. If I made a npc show or got jacked up and got signed to a major wwe contract making huge money it doesn't matter what I did to get there. If I used 3g of different gear each week or 1.5g. The result is winning. To be clear I dont believe starting out and running ridiculous doses is the way to being huge. I think you have to work up to it. Its not like average joe 190 lb can pin 2g gear and make better gains than just 600mg. Genetics have a say also. Just my opinion

I wish I could afford to run a proper cycle. I'm running Test and Deca right now and I'm going to add in Tren later on. If I could afford it I would add HGH. They have access to the best gear, I have no doubt the all run Test, Hgh and Slin. On top of other compounds such as deca, tren and orals.

You may gain more "Weight"from the deca.

That's what I want, I just now got my Deca and started pinning, I have been on test alone the past month, 500 mg per week. I also have been taking Superdrol 30mg just pre-workout and it's been great. I stocked up and have a nice supply frozen I grabbed before the ban. I'm considering bumping the test to 750.

Great movie, but really made me feel bad for Kai. Especially when he lost in 2014 even though he clearly shit on Phil. It's actually aggravating how they are simply making Phil win in order to make him a legacy. Kai deserved 2014 Mr. Olympia

I can say that from meeting many of the pros the two that left the best impression on me were Dennis Wolf and Kai. I went to Kai's seminar this summer in NY, NY and it was incredible the way he makes you believe in the power of your mind and creating your own destiny. The guy is absolutely the best ambassador in the sport and its a shame Phil continues to "beat" him.

And Dennis wolf is hilarious to have a conversation with. I actually had a chance to eat dinner with him before a supplement signing and he was sharing his story of how we was kicked out of the Army for being too slow. He was very sincere and actually gave me his e-mail address to contact him to train if ever in vegas (unfortunately never went). Him and Kai are real ambassadors who cherish their fans.

Guys like Branch and Phil want the money and the fame, but take less interest in their reputation. I met phil when he was with MET-RX and he was way more humble then (2009).

To me Kai deserves to win an O at least once, and also be inducted into the bb hall of fame. All these political games just because of a damned grapefruit just makes the sport look real dumb.

I watched Generation Iron the other evening and have to agree with some opinions. I thought Branch, Heath and Kai were all narcissists.

Branch and Heath had a superiority complex and they didn't hide that fact either, whereas Kai's superiority complex was more passive. The way he was posing in public with the mask, exhibiting himself, the long stares of thought and reflection, which translates to me as, look at me, I am special and unique.

I didn't connect with any of them, their approach, their aggressive asshole attitude or their superiority complex.

The only guys I thought were pretty humble were Wolf, Pakluski and Yamigishi.

Pakluski has to be my favourite though. Grounded in science, humble and even though he didn't win or place high, I think he's a pretty good role model and has a physique that is inspiring.

Wolf is my favorite, he's a freaking monster but has certain lagging parts holding him back. A shame he's a good guy. Ronnie was a great champ, he's my all time favorite. "Yeah buddy"
