The pics of him in 2009 at 66 remarkable , he looks like a much younger man . He didnt seriously lift until 50 , and No drugs ....although you might argue Thai people are healthier than most Americans ....
To get that look at even over 60 is awesome. I figured he was on something but if not then he has deff gotten something dialed In over the years to accomplish that kind of look.
Hes 5'6" @125lbs so that has something to do with it , 8% BF year around . His "heavy weight" was 140 , lol . But he's still strong , Ive seen his training log ...

No food porn from me tonight. The GF called and said she was gonna grab pizza and that started a HUGE fight which caused her to go to her sisters. She knows I did cardio and abs today. FML
