Day 55

Today i pinned one ml mast prop and half a cc of test e. I am pinning 4ml test e a week in an attempt to double my total testosterone levels. I did bring this to the attention of swole. He said that i am so far the only one with this problem yada yada. I told him that i do not feel like i have recieved what i paid for. He asked for my shipping info after a bit of back and fourth and said my pack would arrive today. He did not tell me what i was going to be compensated with just that a pack was on the way. Well true to his word i did get a pack in the mail today from him. To my surprise it contained 10 vials of Test e. Now I know that its underdosed according to my bloods but to send 10 extra vials to make up the difference is a noble cause. I am very happy with that. Also since i know exactly how my body will react to that specific test e i know exactly how to dose it to get the desired testosterone levels i am looking for. I will say that i am happy with that. I ordered 6 vials of test e from him. He turned around and doubled that and then added in 4 more vials.

I tired to upload my bloods yesterday night but for what ever reason meso would not allow me to attach the photo. I tried to upload it again tonight but had the same result. So I just resorted to lightscreen capture and here it is.

I also hit all my eca and will be taking t3 tonight at 37.5 for the last time then i bump up to 50mcg! I do notice my face becoming thinner and i also think that i have lost circumference around my thighs. My arms when i flex are big but relaxed they look like they also might have lost size. I know i took measurements on day one. So i will remeasure soon. That way i can know for sure.

Today I trainned legs and calves. It was a tough work out. I got to the gym around 4. I finished all my carbs at 10am. So this work out was on stored body fat for fuel. It was hard. I was planning on cranking out 27 sets but i just did not have it in me mentally to get through all that. I just out 3 exersices and did 18 sets total. I also got my 60 min of cardio in.

I have already baked some scones for tomorrow mornning. I know i am going to go hard. I will do my best to record it all. I doubt i will break 12k cals but God help me if i do.

How long after pinning was bloods draw capt forest? 2,248 on 600mg doesn't strike me as good at first glance but I guess I don't exactly know when u got them drawn, but I do believe you were pinning twice a week sooo... It shouldn't be up and down too much at any given time

The bloods are not good. I had bloods taken 27~ hours after last pin.

Smashed a couple scones for breakfast the just finished up at golden coral. I ate as much as i could at their breakfast buffet. I am feeling pretty slobish atm.
 
i think it would be a good validation for yourself that 4ccs actually gets you to where you want to me. i know myself, i would be really interested in the results. if you can afford it, IMO it's a good investment. like you said, no necessary, but would be extremely comforting to you knowing that doubling the dose does in fact double your TT on this particular brand and how your body response
 
Day 56
Today was my cheat day. I went to golden coral ate as much as i could. Then i ate 16 cali rolls sushi is good. I then went out to ale house with my partner she and i split chili cheese frys, had a bowl of potato soup, ate onion rings and then a Capt'n Buried Treasure you know when a item has my name in it i gotta eat it. I recorded everthing untill ale house. Also before ale house we ate at cold stone i had a chcolate peanut butter shake then we head to kilwins and splt a chocolate covered twinkie, smores, and peanut butter cup. I would say it was a great day. The UFC 184 card was alright Ronda getting a 14 sec tap out in the main event was hype but sorta a let down. That bitch is so vicious.

I pinned one cc mast prop and .5cc test e. In one of my shoulders.

Also the stuff from all day chemist arrived but i was not home to sign for it so i have to wait till monday to get it.

I trained shoulders with traps on this day and did not do my cardio.

Today I pinned one cc of test e, tren e, and mast p. I took the shot in one of my glutes.
I got my diet back on track and after a few poops i became constipated.

I trained chest today i got 12 sets of chest in 6 sets on bench press 3 sets of flad db press and 3 sets of flat db flies

I got very upset at my partner today when she failed to spot me the way i like. I made her cry in the gym. She then left and walked home. I kept trainning till i got kicked out at closing time and picked her up from her walk. After that we did a half hour jog. I had shin pumps so bad on that jog. I hate running. We have not said a word about the incident in the gym but i know she is pissed at me for acting the way i did.

Today i pinned .5cc test e and 1cc mast prop.

Today i trained back and abs I also got 60 min of cardio in.
21 sets back 6 sets abs

I am eating a ton of protein powder. I also fucked up my salmon today. but ate it anyway. I have dropped my fats and carbs. I along with that upped my protein intake to 300g a day.

I picked up my pack from adc today. Everything arrived which was great. I started with .5mg caber and 1mg adex. I am going to send a few of the prods out for ms testing but i will say that my nips have gone down since that first dosage.

I am still constipated at this point. I went out and got some exlax and mag citrate drink to help me poop.

Day 60
Today i pinned one ml each of test, tren and mast.
I did not train or do cardio today. I should have i was in and out of the bathroom with the laxitives taking effect today. Its no good excuse I think i might have been able to get my lifts in but i used the constant need to poo as an excuse to just chill out for a day and literally get the shit out of me. I ate less carbs and fat today to accomodate the lack of trainning. I am excited to get a clean weight tomorrow after the frequent bowel movements i will know how the scale is reacting to me changing the macros.

Took my second dosage of adc adex and caber today. my nips are looking a feeling better. they are not 100% yet.

Also i had another pack from mjr land. I got some of his letro and adex to test along with some more t3/t4 combo and some ketofen to enhance the effects of the eca along with make me sleepy at night. Sleep is like a foreign concept to me at this point in the cycle. Between the eca, t3, ritalin, and tren i do not sleep i just rest till its time to get back to the daily grind.

I have not fallen off the horse but i am not going at this as hard as i would like. My diet is not terrible but not where it needs to be. My trainning this week has been lazy where i was pumped to have a great week of lifting. My cardio has been spotty this week also. Today I have been battling terrible lethargy. Man this shit came out of no where. I am going to start poping ritalin to combat this shit.

Weight 177.4lbs (new low)
Today i pinned 1ml mast prop and .5ml test e. The injction was alright, no pain, lot of blood. I could feel the pin pass though a vain it was a strange feeling. My shoulders are getting sore from the frequent pinning. The pip is adding up i am not sure if my right shoulder will be ready for the pin tomorrow. I might have to take that one in the ass no homo.

I did not get all my eca in today. It was another off day. Although I trainned hard last night i took the mjr Ketotifen only one mg of the stuff. I went to bed at about 12:30am and woke up over 12 hours later at 12:47pm. I set an alarm to go off at 8am to get me about 7 hours of sleep but i slept right through it. Did not even here the son of a bitch go off. I also took 50mcg t3 last night and still slept like a baby. Shit i have not slept that well since i started the cycle.

I will take 50mcg t3 tonight and will hold off on the ketotifen cause i got to wake up real early tomorrow. Cant sleep like that again. But it was nice :)

Lets talk about my weight. So i have been badly constipated the past couple days. I went and got some exlax and used it to get some bowel movment going on. I got some much going on that i did not train yesterday i was just in and out of the bathroom. I think that the laxitive is the reason for such a low weight. The last low i was at was 183.6 so that is a big jump. Today i took antoher cheat day. I tracked every fucking thing this time. I did go over board again but not like the past time. My fats were out of control and my sugar was high. I ate a ton of shit. I did get the carbs way up. I will take another weight once i get this cheat day back under control. I noticed that when i eat carbs i am like a furnace. I get so warm and start to sweat and my heart beats crazy for no reason.

I trained twice today. I know that you cant make up a missed day. But i hit chest for 12 sets and tris for 4 before work. I then took a shift where i am on my feet moving for 4 hours. After that i hit the gym again and got 25 sets of back in along with 4 sets of biceps. I did not do cardio today cause i am a bum and slept for 12 hours. I will say that my second work out i did with 30 sec timed rest intervals so it was intense. I like that i got the entier 29 sets finished in 40 mins it was sick. I will be training like that more often.

Day 62

Today i shot 1ml mast prop and .5ml of test e. I took the shot in my left glute it was flawless.

I got all my eca in today and will will be taking 50mcg t3 tonight along with 1mg ketotifen. Tomorrow i will begin taking 10mg of celtic labs m sten till the show.

My diet today was off it was not horrendous but it was not perfect. I am getting tired/sick/fed up with this contest prep i am ready for it to be finished. I am out of prepped food, i am no longer excited to pin each day in fact its becoming a burden. Tomorrow marks 21 days, 3 weeks out and i am fucking ready. I am not going to quit. I am going to fucking wreck the last 3 weeks. I will prep more food tomorrow and get my diet back in order. I am cutting out the protein powder, with this i think i will drop my protein intake down to 250g and keep my carbs at 100g and fats about 50g. My training is exceptable but could be better. I missed that one day this week but did my best to make up for it.

My back is feeling yesterdays workout. The intensity of that session was great.

My trainning today was also intense. I started with cardio where my heart rate went crazy got up to over 170bpm. I could hear my heart beating in my chest even with music in my ears on the stairmaster. Once i realized this i took the level down from 5 on fat burn to 1 on fat burn and that got my heart rate to a steady 155bpm which is where i like it during my cardio sessions. I got 12 sets of legs and 6 sets of calves along with another 30 min on the bike after my lift.

Now did i do enough today to wake up better tomorrow i am not sure. If i do wake up tomorrow God willing, and i am better it will not be as good as it could have been. I am not in a good place right now. I need a change of mind set this prep is taking a toll on my life.

Alright so i did it again I have fallen off the wagon gotten back on it and fallen off again. I am back on my right path as i type this out. I am going to recap the last 5 days since i have been away from my log. Some days are bad, some are better, none are championship quality. I am getting burned out from this and at this point i do not know what i want more. To win or to be done with this. My mind is not in the right place atm. I as of today hired a coach to guide me through these last 16 days cause i am in need of help and guidance.

Day 63
I trained shoulders and abs for a total of 27 sets. I used timed 30 sec rest periods. I also got my hour of cardio in. I do not remember what i did for cardio that day.

Day 64
This day was the worst day i have had so far. My diet was trash i ate panera and perkins then had chinese food for dinner. I was nothing but a slob this day. I did not train or log my diet. It was not good though. very off.

Day 65
I trained back and abs for 27 sets. It was very hard. I felt like death in the gym. I bearly got there and told myself i was only going to do cardio and leave. I did 30 on the stairs and then was like i will do 12 sets of back and split. I did all 24 sets of back with 30 sec timed rest periods then did 4 sets of abs. I then went and did 30 more min of cardio i do not remember if it was stairs or what but i did it even when i had convinced my self not to.

I am fighting back as best as i can but this is hard its very challenging and a mental battle every waking second. I will not go down with out a figth.

I felt like shit for all the terrible food i ate yesterday. It had me feeling like trash. I had trouble eating alot this day but managed what i could.

Today is my day off from resistance training. I only did cardio on this day.
I got 60 min on the stiarmaster. It was a great cardio session kept my heart rate at about 160bpm from most of the session. I split it into one 15 min session then i went to train biceps realized they were still sore and then did another 45min on the stairs

Diet was flawless today this is my planned diet unless my coach changes it.

Today was another bad day. I felt awful i had been constipated the past few days and had terrible cramps the night before and got some magnesium citrate and flushed out my system. I was in and out of the bathroom all day. I did not get any weight trainning in and i was only about to get about 30 min of walking for my cardio. Diet was trash. I am ashamed of today and my entire last week of this prep.

I did not miss any of my schedualed injections. I got between 50 and 75mg of the ephedrine from the eca stack and have switched my t3/t4 dosing to morning and keep it from 50mcg to 75mcg over this past 6 days.
 
I am going to finsih this log in a hand full of posts.

Lets pick it up with my nxt week with the coach. I got all the food i needed cooked it up but did not follow his diet to the letter one time. I will say that i understood the concepts and did not eat like a jack ass during this time but i had a hard time eating all the fish. I am not a good cook. He droped my cals to super low levels.

I was doing all my training with 30 sec rest periods and getting in what i could.

I know that there were days that i was dragging ass so badly that i had to go with a friend to keep me moving along. I lost a ton of strenght over the last 2 weeks but i also dropped a lot of mass these two weeks not just fat.

At this point my weight was droping daily and i had cut out the stairs and only followed the plan that my coach gave me. He told me 2 egg whites then 30 min cardio. I would just go out side and walk for half an hour ever morning. Then i would do my other 30 min after my workout. I was getting tan and lean. I do not believe i was trainning with my lover at this point. Although she would have been a big help if she could understand.

This last two weeks i was shooting druges every single day.

I cut out the test and upped my mast and tren. I added msten for a couple days but stopped cause it was not helping me fill out. I was testing the limits of my relationship with ed tren. I was very easily annoyed and the patience needed to deal with females is not avaliable while on tren. We stayed strong though out the process.

I began takeing nolva daily and that also helped me lean out. I cut the eca and t3 5 days out. and still have not gotten back on them. T3 is one hell of a drug. I cant fucking sleep on that shit. also the tren would only really bother me while i was taking in high amounts of carbs. With the low carb diet i was on i did not notice the uncomfortable sides that come with it.
 
I had Hired a coach to work with me 2 weeks out. He turned out to be a bad choice and I should have done my own research. In fact I was doing a ton of research and I was hit hard with information over load. What I needed to do was to find a plan and stick with it. If I could redo this I would know almost exactly what I would have done to maximize this physique.

so cause of this information over load I just asked someone to think for me. here are my first set of pics for him 2 weeks out.

I was no longer working at this point I had been fired from my job back in march for always being late. This is because I was too busy doing 2 30 min sessions of cardio a day and working out to get to work on time at 5am. I hated eating oats and forced myself to eat them every fucking day. I no longer do this for prep anymore if I don't like a food I find an alternative. It would take me 20 mins to eat the oats and I was never in a rush to be to work. Well they got sick of that and fired me. lol I did not care more time to body build and train.

I don't remember much from these 2 weeks but I also have a set of pictures from about one week out. I took them for the coach

I Think that my nips look like that cause I had not been on nolva or I was out of an ai. I know that when I use tren I get gyno unless I take nolva or caber. I did not know that back then. I got it looking normal by the time the show came. I believe I started taking nolva.

I was so gassed these weeks. I was doing low intensity stationary bike for cardio cause I could not convince myself to get back on the stairs. My workouts were short and weak. As you can tell I have lost a lot of mass. Not just body fat but actual muscle from the fat burners. If you go back in the log to check out some older shots you will get a good idea

My next post will go over peak week and show day. I will rap it up with how I felt then about it and how I feel about it now looking back years later.
