Day 48
I shot one ml in the left delt of mast prop. It was a pretty painless shot but i do have some pip from it. I can feel it in my upper bicep its a bit strange. easy to manage.
I have my eca stack down pat. I am taking about 70mg~ between bronkaid and primatene. I need to get some more caffine pills cause i ran out. I take it through out the day. I normally finish the last dose mid afternoon or later depending on when i wake up. I can feel it getting my heart going. I am on my second day of t3/t4 at 12.5mcg. I should hit a high dosage of t3 as i come off the eca for a week. I will do 2 weeks on one week off with the eca.
my t3 dosing looks like this
day 1 - 3 12.5mcg
day 4 - 6 25mcg
day 7 - 9 37.5mcg
day 10 - 12 50mcg
day 13 - 15 62.5mcg
day 16 - 18 75mcg (depending on feeling, results, and mirror stay here)
day 19 on 100mcg if needed.
The eca t3/t4 combo along with my cardio and diet should strip the fat off me. I am also taking things like l carnitine and other supps you can see in one of my previous posts that might effect weight loss.
Today I trainned legs and i hit them pretty good. Squats wrecked my back but i got them in. I had terrible acid reflux this whole trainning session. I will from now on carry tums with me in my gym bag. That is so distracting while trainning. Having to take extra rest inbewteen sets to get the feeling gone sucks. And it breaks focus.

I ran out of meat so i had to eat massive amounts of protein powder. I am not a fan of consuming that much powder. I have since restocked.
