Day 48

I shot one ml in the left delt of mast prop. It was a pretty painless shot but i do have some pip from it. I can feel it in my upper bicep its a bit strange. easy to manage.
I have my eca stack down pat. I am taking about 70mg~ between bronkaid and primatene. I need to get some more caffine pills cause i ran out. I take it through out the day. I normally finish the last dose mid afternoon or later depending on when i wake up. I can feel it getting my heart going. I am on my second day of t3/t4 at 12.5mcg. I should hit a high dosage of t3 as i come off the eca for a week. I will do 2 weeks on one week off with the eca.

my t3 dosing looks like this
day 1 - 3 12.5mcg
day 4 - 6 25mcg
day 7 - 9 37.5mcg
day 10 - 12 50mcg
day 13 - 15 62.5mcg
day 16 - 18 75mcg (depending on feeling, results, and mirror stay here)
day 19 on 100mcg if needed.

The eca t3/t4 combo along with my cardio and diet should strip the fat off me. I am also taking things like l carnitine and other supps you can see in one of my previous posts that might effect weight loss.


Today I trainned legs and i hit them pretty good. Squats wrecked my back but i got them in. I had terrible acid reflux this whole trainning session. I will from now on carry tums with me in my gym bag. That is so distracting while trainning. Having to take extra rest inbewteen sets to get the feeling gone sucks. And it breaks focus.

I ran out of meat so i had to eat massive amounts of protein powder. I am not a fan of consuming that much powder. I have since restocked.
 
Day 49

Today I took my test e, tren e, and mast all one ml in a 3ml pin. I shot it in my right glute. It was an easy injection although the crampingin my sides as i pin is painful for like half the shot. Thoes 3ml shots do not go quick either.

I hit all 75mg~ ephedrine in three dosages. I also took t3/t4 at 12.5mcg.

Today i trained shoulders and abs. I also got my cardio in. It was a good workout.

Diet is getting real improv recently due to lack of food prep. I have the goods i just need to prepare them. I still managed to keep it in check.
 
Day 50

I have gotten my pins mixed up. The pin from day 49 was actually today. I have to get back to wrighting my log the day of instead of a day later. Its a better log that way regardless. My pins are all on track just the way i have tracked them from day 49 to 50 are jumbled up. I pin my test e and tren e one ml twice a week on sunday and wednesday. I pin the mast prop every single day.

Today i trained chest and arms. With a big focus on arms. I also got 55 min of stairs in. and diet was good. I got some pics to post up for you guys also. My 50 days in progress pics. I think i need to tighten up my waist. Although the suit i am wearing makes my waist look thick cause i dose not hang low enough on my hips. That was a mistake i made at my last show. I need to get a bigger suit or slim the fuck up.

I also got all my eca in and upped the t3 to 25mcg.

I rewarded myself for killing that cardio session with a protein bar that i was eyeing at cvs eariler. Other then that i keep everything in check. Cards a bit high. Tomorrow is a refeed and i eat a bit too much again. Last cheat meal will be feb 28th going out with the sig other to see Ronda fight. Should be hype.

Today I pinned 1 ml test prop into my left delt. The injection was fine. I do have some minor pip. I got all my eca in today 3 bronkaid one primatene comes to about 70mg pure ephedrine 600mg caffeine and 3 baby asprine. Then i took 25mcg t3 and it was a good day for fat burners.

Diet today was supposed to be a carb up day. t just turned into a cheat day. It was not as bad as some of my past cheat meals but i need to tighten up. I also trained back and abs today along with 60 min cardio. I broke my cardio up into two 30 min sessions.

You can clearly see how my carb refeed turned into an all out cheat day. I will tighten up from here on out. I got some progress shots to show you guys today! I have been doing good overall I believe.
 
Day 52

Today I only pinned one ml of mast p. I took the shot in my right delt and it was painless and zero pip as the day went on.

Since today is day 0 I did not go any resistance trainning. I left the weights alone today and did an easy 60 min on the elliptical.

I am relying too much on protien powder to get my protein in. I have cut out eggs for the past few days partly due to lazyness and i am looking to drop my fats a bit. I need to come to a more concrete way of getting my macros in with out so much powder. I will start looking at egg whites and tuna to help keep the protein high while dropping the fats.

I feel good today and think that i will be well rested for the next week ahead of hard trainning. I am looking to fucking destroy next week interms of diet and trainning. Whether its volume or weight i am looking to level up my game.

Also great news i have some lab work back from my scientist and from my own blood work i will post them sometime tomorrow.

I am also being lazy and not eating my greens. Shame on me i will make a change to that tomorrow. I nailed my eca today and will be taking 25mcg t3 tonight.

Once i start to get more sun the backne should clear up. I have gotten some scrub to help with it. I use a few times a week. I think my back is strong this is not a great shot.

I like the abs and thighs pose. I think that this is a strong spot for me but once again i need to lean up and the thickness bothers me.

My most muscular is not very competitive. I also need to work on this pose. I do not understand how to use it to highlight my strong points.

I surprise myself with this pose. I never thought i would have the upper body size to put out a competitive front double bicep but in this shot i think that the thickness helps.

This lighting over all in that sroom was brutal. It really took out all the shadowing so it was not flattering to say the least.

Any input welcome. I still have a bit more then four weeks to make this happen. I have changed leaps and bounds since my jan 18th shots.
 
Looking good man. Don't be so harsh about the "thickness". The day of the show is when you worry about that, and by then you will loom like a new person. Until then, just continue to monitor your progress and deviate yourself to your plan of attack
 
One other thing. If you're unhappy w the crab most muscular, trash it. Start playing around with a hands on hips or hands clasped and the different variations.
 
Day 53

Today I shot one ML of tren e, test e, and a bit less then one ml mast p. I finished up my first vial of mast. I Am not sure what to expect but i am about 10 days in on it. I got all my eca in today and took my first t3 up to 37.5 mcg before bed. After a few days at this dosage i will up it to 50mcg. The fat has been coming off at a good rate.

Today i trainned chest and biceps. My work out was brutal. I did 18 sets of presses super set with 10 reps of flies after every set of presses. I was looking to add a to of extra reps while still keeping my presses at a weight that is heavy.

My diet is getting harder and harder. I have dropped my fats and carbs a little and added in more protein. I know that a bunch of the advice i have been given has been to keep the cals a bit higher but from my experience i need to suffer its better this way for me. I will have my diet down at the bottom like normal.

I had that same protein bar again today and i needed to get more greens in. I have droped my caarbs and fats and upped my protein. I need to get whole food sources of protein. I have been on point the past week with hitting my macros. I can say i do it with good food choices no iifym stuff. Although i am not perfect and from time to time it has to fit my macros lol

Today I pinned one ml mast prop. And half ml of test e. In my left delt no pip easy pin. I am going to be doubling my test e dosage. I got my bloods back and have yet to post them. I was at 2248ng/dl. I want about double that. So my plan is since i am already pinning 7 times a week once every day. I am going to continue my sunday and wednesday pins at 1cc then add half an ml of oil each day besides tuesdays. That will bring it to 4cc a week of swole oil test e. 2cc a week got me to 2248ng/dl. I was pretty upset by this and messaged swole about it. Said that he would make up the difference and is not sure why my results are so low. We will see what his method is says pack should land tomorrow. Been taking a bit over 40mg var a day according to the lab analysis that came back. Once i get 21 days out i will add in celtic labs M-sten at 10mg ed. That shit does not play. Its strong as fuck.

I am on my second day of t3/t4 combo with the t3 at 37.5mcg. I got all my eca in today and my weight is down again this morning to 183.4lbs. Its good to see the scale moving. I still use the mirror as my number one tool to judge where i am.

I trained back and tricpes today. It was a very intense workout. I got 16 sets in along with 30 min of cardio in under an hour. I had to move fast due to work. It was 12 sets of back and 4 sets of triceps. I planned on getting another workout in before the day was up but at work my lower back just felt wrecked. I came home and popped 2 high strenght ibprofen and got my ass on the stairmaster for 30 mins. That was a bitch. I did not have it in me to train more back after that. I tried to get some high rows in on the hammer strenght machine but it was just n
ot happening.

I will say that my chest workout yesterday was one of the best workouts i have ever had. I had soreness in my chest all day today. It was great i will be repeating that workout next week for sure.

My diet was good today, i added in walden farms dressings again and it never fails to give me terrible gas and constipation. I am so damn stubborn that i am going to finish the shit i bought and try to force my body to adapt to this shit. Once its gone i am never going to buy it again.

I got some canned chicken cause its easy and its like 53g protein per can. Each can is like $2.30 though. Not sure how good a deal that is compared to the chicken i normally get or even the powder. Regardless wrighting this i am hungry as hell and cant wait to wake up in in the morrning and eat oats lol. I am consumed with thoughs of eating. I know that if i want to get as lean at i am looking to get I have to suffer for it. I am willing to do that.

So i went to my gp on Wednesday and got a script for Linsapril. I asked about micardis but said this will work just fine. Its also free at publix so i did not fuss. Just glad to get my bp under control
Doctors probably get tired of hearing "I read it on the Internet". But it's great that you've found a doctor to monitor your health on-cycle (and hopefuly post-cycle)!
 
Day 39

No shot to day and back to the grind of training 6 times a week. Diet was good training had to be split up into 3 sessions. First was a 60 min swim followed by a nice 30 min tanning session. Then 10 sets of chest with a 5 hour gap came back and did 11 more sets of chest and 7 sets of biceps. I got some pics for you guys today from a couple of my lifts.

The training was alright i really do not like to split my sessions like that but it was what had to be done to accomadate my schedule.

I am not so sure why my protien was off by 11g. I just pick chicken somtimes its listed as higher in protein then other listings or it. Regardless i was a bit low on the fats today. The past 2 days my cals have been a bit lower. I feel alright i am going to drop some fat and add in another protein shake to get the cals a bit lower if the progress begins to slow.
