Today i shot one ml test e and tren e from swoleoil. It was smooth and easy. I can live with this. I am starting to really feel the pumps and strength from the drugs. Its nice, i trained chest today and noticed a good fullness in my pecs after bench press. I am going to jump the dbol up to 60mg everyday, I think that i should be feeling it more since its been 11 days on cycle. I think that the Purity source labs dbol is weak. this is also my first experience with dbol. I also am experienceing sore nips. I have been taking purity solutions exemastane is not working I am taking it at 25mg eod.

Day 12

I shot one ml of test prop into my left glute. The prop is from world pharma, I think the vial is under 10ml. We will find out if it runs out befor day 20. The pip from the last shot in my left glute is non existant. Its nice to have good gear for once (as in little pip)

It was nice to be deadlifting again. I had not done a deadlift since i maxed out about 3 or 4 months ago. Getting 8 at 315 with gas left in the tank was nice. I am feeling stronger each day. Day 13

No injection today, a little pip for the prop that is to be expected. Nothing bad though, I trained legs today It went well. got 12 sets on legs and 3 sets on calves. 15 min on stair master. Also today was a pretty bad cheat day i ate a bacon turkey bravo from panera whole and then got sweet and sour chicken for dinner with egg drop wanton soup. thats a pretty nice cheat day but i felt so guilty. I just want to get shreadded. I think i might do away with cheat meals but we will see. Its easy to say that now when i feel guilty from it seven days of clean dieting might change that.

I tried to make up for my lack of power on squats with disiplined sets on the rest of the work out. I am going to push out some squats for 315 next week. Also i can feel acid reflux coming on. I am not normally prone to this. It happens only when i am on aas. I hear that tren can cause it and so can var. I am not on Var yet so its possible the tren e is doing its thing. seeing changes in the mirror each day. I am wrighting this as of the morning after that day. I can say that the cheat meals did speed up my metablism cause i am hungry as hell this morning. one thing i hate is having to rehydrate after eating all that shitty food.

For any of you religous water drinkers out there it feels really good when you are always hydrated and I notice a huge difference from when i am hydrated and when i am slacking.

Day 14

I missed my prop injection today i will take it tomorrow with my twice weekly test and tren. I have to say that the pip in my left delt from the prop i shot the other day was bad. It hurt all night, i could not cross my arms. I know i shot to high up on the delt but did it anyway. I know when i get a little pain as i push the pin in i should switch spots this time i forced it and not i am paying for it. Shit hurts. I cooked up food and got my meals ready to go for the next day.

6oz chicken, 6oz sweet potatos for 2 boxes
6oz chicken and 4 eggs for the third. I eat my breakfast and last meal at home so no need to pack them.

I have a big visual problem, I know i was saying that i though the dbol was underdosed and not working. I think i was very wrong i am up five pounds and i know that dbol will expose any flaws in dieting by bloating you to no end. I am 190 now and look puffy as shit. I what to know if the dbol bloat will subside quickly once i come off and start the var. I also now know for sure that my ai is complete trash. Purity solutions exemastane is bunk. I am very self consious about this and feel like i am moving in the wrong direction as far as a cut is concerned. If i finish the next 14 days on this stuff will it actually hurt my cut or once i come off will it reval a much tighter core that i have been dieting for. Day 15
Today I pinned one ml of each test e, p, and tren e. The pin was in my left glute and was flawless. No blood, no pain, and so far no pip. Just the way I like. The pip from the prop in my left delt is still hanging around being annoying. I did have a slightly harder time falling asleep last night i am wondering if the tren is showing is face.

Today I trained arms and some back. Did a little bit of tanning and my diet is perfect today according to my plan. The dbol has me up five pounds even on a cut. I assume its water and what not. I am still not thrilled with the dobl bloat.

Day 16
No injection today. I think that my left delt is more then just pip at this point. I might have pulled a muscle or strained it cause it still hurts. It hurt all night. I am hoping that it will heal up on tuesday cause that is my day off from training. I mixed up my chest and back workouts this week so my next week will be a bit off. Just doing what my body feels. I think thats the best plan always got to be flexable when it comes to training.

My trainning today was great not a real big work out volume wise but i was once again in the zone. total of 17 sets 11 on chest and 6 on abs. My diet was also tight today followed the plan perfectly. I am going to be baking the chicken from now on instead of seering it in olive oil. This is because i dont know how many cals from the oil the chicken is getting. This might put me higher up in fat then i am anticipating.

I would recommend Mesomorph by APS, it has dmaa in it and is very comparable to OG jacked. Many people like Jack'd up but it has less dmaa in it.
Its on my shopping list.
 
Day 17

i injected one ml of test prop into my right glute, it was a different injection i could feel the neddle pierce the scar tissue from my last cycle. It was a strange consistiancy compared to just fat and muscle tissue. Anyone else run into this as they pin? I cant way i liked the way it felt but it was not painful.


Today was my off day. I took it real easy all day and my shoulder still hurt. by the end of the day it was still bothering me but not nearly as bad.


I hit my diet real well, i had so 86% cocoa chocolate that put my fat higher up then normal but it was still a good day of dieting.

Day 18

Today i injected 1 ml of tren e and one ml of test e into my left glute, it was a real good pin i did not run into any scar tissue this time. My left shoulder bothered me for the first couple hours of the day but now as i wright this it seems to be about healed up or 95%. Tomorrow it will be back to normal. I am glad that did not become a big issue. I thank God that i have been able to train consistiantly for the past 3 years with out any exteneded breaks or injuries. knock on wood.

Last night i was sweating a more. My girl noticed the wet sheets, i hope that means the tren is kicking. I look much fuller now then i did when i started along with the little bit of sun i have managed to collect here and there i am shaping up. I have not forgot that to post pics. I just do not have them on my computer yet. I will get them up. My nipples are acting up i can feel lumps under each one and the right one is sliglty noticable from a visual standpoint if someone were to look for it. I started taking clomid 50mg ed to possibly bring down the flair up. I hope that it is not too late. I am going to see my PA tomorrow and talk about possibly getting on something to help with this.

I trained chest and biceps today it was a solid work out once again strapped for time. I want to be able to break down some deep muscle fibers so that i can put the AAS to fucking work.

I forgot to bring my 6oz chicken, 6oz sweet potatos and cup of broccoli with me to work so i just stopped by panera and tried to mimic the macros. i did an alright job. I will say that eating a cup of raw kale was horrible.

Today I injected one ml of test prop into my left delt. The one that gave me problems last week.The injection went better compared to the last time I pinned it. If I get the same horrendous pip like last week i will no longer pin my left delt. I cant even feel which glute i pinned in yesterday. I would have to go back on my log to see. Thats the good thing about keeping track.

Today I trained hard. I got a double in. My diet was flawless and tomorrow is my cheat day! I am going to keep the dbol at 40mg for the rest of the time on it. Once i start the Anavar i will begin my religous cardio. Since i started my cycle 4 days late i will cut the dbol run 4 days short and begin the var with the proper amount of time. The var i believe will be my best shot at obtaining the physique i am after. this is because i will know the true dosage of my oxandrolone and can fine tune it exactly as i need.

My back and tris work out was good i got 29 sets total in 90 miniutes.

I did not have to inject today. the pip in my left delt from the prop is getting a bit worse. Not to the extent of last shot. I trained legs today and had a hell of a day off from my diet. I would say I need to train legs much harder. The work out was too easy. My back was sore from my training yesterday. i would say that was the best work out of my 20 days on cycle so far. I will aim to surpass that each time i train. The quality of workout i get also can depend on the gym i train at. The school gym can get real social with guys coming up to me to chat a couple times. Out side the school gym i am not recognizable so i can work out in peace.

I am not even going to bother loging this.
 
Day 21

Shot test prop today. I think it was in the glute. I am wrighting this as of day 23. So i am going back on my memory which is pretty good at this point in my life. Today my training was very focused and to the point. I had to follow up that amazing back work out after that trash leg day and monster cheat day. As a note i trained alone today at a smaller school gym. It was good.

My diet was on point today. It was a struggle to beat the hunger that comes after you feed the metablosim from a cheat day. But i just look to win each individual battle as i come to them. Its alot harder then is sounds but i am sure all who have done a cut and gotten killer results knows this.

Some pre workout

Diet: I am still working on how to properly break down my diet for the prep. 225 - 250g protein and i am stumped on the rest. I want to keep carbs low max 150 ideally 100g each day. Fats anywhere from 60 - 100g. Still researching and gathering knowledge. All food will be preped. Chicken breast, 93/7 lean ground beef, eggs, and ON protine isolate as my protein sources. Oats, sweet potato, brown rice and quinoa as carbs. Fats are the egg yolks, olive oil and possibly 1 table spoon almond butter. My Cheat day will be friday when i train legs i will have all day to eat what i want with in reason i will cut this down to one meal only after 4 weeks. I also give my self one cheat meal on tuesday this will be gone as the show moves closer. Any advice welcome!

Day 22
Today i shot one ml of each tren e and test e. It was a smooth pin. I could feel the scar tissue again. I suppose i should get used to that if i am going to continue on this path. Today i trained chest and biceps. I know i have been hitting chest alot this week. Honestly it feels ready to go each time i train it. I heal very fast. My girl is telling me that my chest is getting huge. That is nice to hear as i think my chest although aesthetic in shape is one of my less developed areas. I hit chest 3 times this week. Went hard each time, pushing to failure.

I got another order from swole oil in and used 50mg swole dbol before the lift. the dbol pumps were real. that was on top of the 30mg i had already taken. i will not be making that a daily thing. I could feel the cramps coming on later in the day as i lay down to relax.

Day 23

Today i injected one ml test prop into my left delt. I seem to be rotating between my left and right glutes and my left delt. Besides the one instance last week the delt has held up nicely to the once or twice a week 1 ml prop pins. I am thinking of quitting the dbol 2 days earily to reflect the 2 day late start i had with this cycle. I am really liking how it filled me out while i leaned up. I have got the bloat under control and i love the fullness dbol gives me. I do know that once i step off the dbol and onto the var i am going to lean up real nice.

I did not train today. I would normally train back and abs today and get some deadlifts in but i want to train tomorrow with my pa. I took today as rest and went shopping. I will be adding lean ground beef 93% lean and replacing the last serving of chicken. I just was not feeling eating 18oz chicken each day. The beef will add a bit more varity and save me some prep time on it.

I am also starting to feel sick. My throat is dry even though i drink plenty of water each day, my nose is stuffy and i feel tired more so then just a normal feeling from a diet.
I will wake up tomorrow knowing whether its going to get better or worse from here on out.
