Another favorite, mike mentzer. I own all his publications. This was an excerpt from his book. He claims 1 g per 2 lb body weight.
Now that one is hard to take but unless arnold, mentzer, ferrigno are lying well...
Btw I cant find a direct quote but ferrigno claims 1g per lb also. Cant back that one up tho
My macros where in check! I was consuming higher amount of protein and hire calorie intake so you can pack on more bf with excess protein simply because they come with more calories.you don't gain fat from protein. you should of been looking at your carb intake.
