Begs the question? Why emergen c?

Vitamin C is one of the few vitamins that your body doesnt produce on its own , it has to come from outside sources like oranges . Without it you fatigue fast , so its a anti-fatigue vitamin . I notice a huge difference without it , and also I never get colds or flu like all the people around me. Google it , its been around for almost 40 years , its really big with long distance runners and cyclists .
 
Pre workouts def suck ass I mean yea u get a good pump from some but thats just from either the creatine or the aminos in it. I just buy them all separately (much cheaper) and mix them all together with some grape juice.

Right now Im taking caffeine, Beta alanine, agmatine, and citrulline. Sometimes Ill throw in some creatine but only when Im ok with dealing with the extra water weight.

Altogether its about 30 bucks and lasts me about 3 months
 
I supplement vitamin c throughout the day but never considered emergen c. Ill consider it and let you know if I like it. Thx ogh

I think Vitamins B6 and B12 plays a big part in anti-fatigue too . I just know I feel better when I take it and notice it when I dont (I ran out in Alaska last year) its around $10 for a 30 pack at Wallys....
