There comes a point in cardio where you are feeling like shit and all you want to do is fucking STOP! Where you want to find excuses to tap out. The gear should preserve the mass and cut only the fat If the diet isnt severe enough. The goal is only to sacrifice as little muscle as possible. Tapering down with cals should do the trick and supporting the healthy composition with protein^^^^i'm trying to take that approach. I have cut calories some, but my big thing now is limiting my carbs and eating cleaner then ever. This is my first time cutting, so we will see. I am just scared to take calories down and loose the mass I worked all winter for.
That's my reason for wanting to keep the test and reduced Tren going, to help preserve the muscle. Im afraid of not being in a deficit while making sure i get enough.you guys are concentrating to much a calorie number and not enough of the right things you need to put in your body. do not be scared to eat, if you are you will not succeed.

It's pretty boring. Besides breakfast, this coming week will be pretty much all chicken, broccoli, and sweet potato. Trying to work all muscle groups twice a week, going high rep low weight and minimal break time, in order to keep heart rate up a bit to burn some extra cals.You should log your cut bro.

I like to do 30 mins light cardio. This is my first ever 'cut' so I'm still learning what works for me. I don't know how long I'll go, or where I'll stop yet. Just gonna go until I'm really happy with look or feel it's time to stop n bulk again. I plan to do a lean bulk mid summer.You do cardio too? How long of a cut are you gonna run? Are you running any compounds also? I will second everything you just said about the fats. Glad to hear the shoulder is shaping up.I look at it as the keto diet with a higher protein intake. I'm in the gym everyday now and my shoulder is at 95-98%. I do cardio the days I'm at the gym.
The best part is my mental thinking has cleared. They say you become mentally sharper when you consume a lot of fats. Plus it helps regulate hormone problems.
I can physically see an body comp improvement.
My plan is to do this for 16-20 weeks or longer
