I'm currently on a contest prep cycle.

For the last few weeks

Test p 100mg eod (dropping today for show)

Tren a 100mg eod

I was on test e 500mg/wk before this.

I planned on cruising on 200mg test e for a little bit after my comp then bulk w test e and npp.

I know tren and npp shut u down kinda hard. Do people experience negative effects going from blast to cruise? Ie sexual/mental side effects? Is 200mg enough? Is there any estro rebound from blasting and cruising like there is sometimes post pct?

I like to cruise on 250mg/week. As for sexual or mental issue from blast to a cruise ...Personally i didn't have any issues. But I did have some once I came off fully

Blast/cruise is simple. When your ready drop down to cruise dose on your test. 250mg is technically not trt. Only you know your blood work results tho. 250 puts me about 2200 if the test is consistent and dosed correctly. Most actual trt docs want you in reference ranges like 500-1000 tt. Most understand this is the safest way to cruise on test permanently. I however dont like the just natural feeling of being in the regular tt range. Results are definitely not conclusive tho. There isnt concrete evidence that running out of range damages you. Since were all different its hard to say good or bad. Watch your labs and talk with your doctor about the significance of keeping lipids in check. I also find cruising at a little over 2000tt has a anticatabolic effect. I never lose anything from my blasts and sex drive stays great. Hope that helps

Yea I wasn't sure if coming off tren and reducing test would give some wierd sense of dropping off and feeling like crap. I'll have to get bloods a few weeks in to see where I fall

Trukker, do you ever come off the TRT dose or do you simply go back to the blast section before cruising again??
I wouldnt call my dose trt necessarily. 250mg a week puts me pretty high. Then I just blast and cruise. Blast and cruise. Simple

My constant is 250mg test a week. I never come off. Until I blast. Then I usually just increase test and what ever compound I wanna run

Does doing cycles of test over a long period of time make your natural test levels low making you have to trt or is it just because they where always low? I just wondered if that was another side affect from taking test?

I never cycled anything till I turned 30. I never had an Interest. Went to the doc cuz I was curious about symptoms I was having turned out I was low T. I educated myself on the subject and decided well hell now's the time to cycle. Lol. Thats how I came to the dark side

What was your symptoms? I have been thinking about going to ask for him to do my bloods because I always feel tired and lazy all the time I just have no motivation and it's been like that for a while... Did you feel that kind of thing?

I always built muscle naturally at a lightning pace. All of a sudden I couldnt get any results.

Extreme lack of desire for anything especially sex

Crazy fat retention

Irritability all the damn time

Etc etc

And that was from 30? I have all those too in a way.. I might get some bloods done and see what the doc thinks.

Only labs will tell. Most of us are on the decline past 28. My body and mind were terrible without proper testosterone. Now Im good tho :)

Yeh it's just so tempting to just do trt off my own back I'm 25 and like I said I have no motivation to do anything.. But I'm still a pest in the bedroom so I just don't know! I'm pretty confused about it so I am probs best off getting bloods sone to see

I'm about to start trt myself... Sketchy part is the future availability of test though. If feds reschedule to a class II might be a lot harder to come by prescriptions.

Correct me if I am wrong but trying to cruise at 250 is not cruising at all. That is a mild steroid cycle. The point of cruise and blast is to give your system a break on the cruise. Your system is not taking a break at 250 mg. my understanding medically is that you have to get your injected free test levels in your blood back down to the high normal range. If your above it your body is still overworking itself and all the negatives will still most likely be present. I'm not by any means an expert but I'm sure someone who is can chime in. The reason I know this is cause I considered my cruise at 200 mg of Watson cyp. I was explained the above and it made sense.

I'm not by any means saying he is wrong or right. He can run whatever he likes. I'm trying to discuss the science behind it as it was explained to me. I would love to here someone who really knows about this stuff explain. I am learning myself.

There aren't any long term studies done on AAS. I know of more than a few that stay on at 500mg permanently and an even smaller group that have been on 1gram of test for over 15 years straight. I would say side effects are blown out of proportion by most. I feel great and im not going back
