How to transition to cruise

Blast/cruise is simple. When your ready drop down to cruise dose on your test. 250mg is technically not trt. Only you know your blood work results tho. 250 puts me about 2200 if the test is consistent and dosed correctly. Most actual trt docs want you in reference ranges like 500-1000 tt. Most understand this is the safest way to cruise on test permanently. I however dont like the just natural feeling of being in the regular tt range. Results are definitely not conclusive tho. There isnt concrete evidence that running out of range damages you. Since were all different its hard to say good or bad. Watch your labs and talk with your doctor about the significance of keeping lipids in check. I also find cruising at a little over 2000tt has a anticatabolic effect. I never lose anything from my blasts and sex drive stays great. Hope that helps

Not sure why you would say 250 is not a TRT dose. 250-300mg/wk once per week is not uncommon in my area. They are not ordering blood work 48 hrs after to see the peak number. The blood work is 6-7 days after pinning to see the low side of the curve. I have a friend who was on 150mg/wk, had blood work 7 days after pinning (so the day he would have been pinning again) and it was 86.70 total test and 1.81 free test. The Dr. was basically inducing hypogonadism with that low of a dose.
 
I have been told a doctor would never order 250-300 mg of testosterone for trt. I hear 160 free is about the max. But now I guess when you add in e2 conversion I guess if you had problems with estrogen you may be higher. Keep in mind I am not quoting medical facts but just what I'm told

250 is not a trt dose in my case. I dont need that much to stay within normal reference ranges
 
I'm planning on running higher than reference ranges myself. Start out high dropping down slowly until I see gains start to drop off or feel off. Raise dosage slightly, get bloods and that will be my target level for cruise.
I'm running 100mg prop and 100mg Tren a ED right now, I have in my head once it all figured out I'll be at 200mg test e EW for cruise but it could be +/- 50mg or so
Edit: it's going to cost a little cash for the bloodwork but I plan on doing this for the rest of my life so it's an investment in myself
 
There aren't any long term studies done on AAS. I know of more than a few that stay on at 500mg permanently and an even smaller group that have been on 1gram of test for over 15 years straight. I would say side effects are blown out of proportion by most. I feel great and im not going back

Sorry for the bumping of a decade old thread, but I’m keen to check if whitetrukker (and all his big-juicing mates) are still alive and kicking.
Whether or not they are still going strong (and in okay health) would impact my approach to this life and the doses, cycle length, etc.

Your better bet is to ask those who you see still active around who interacted with him back then, they may or may not know. I don't think he visits this site anymore, but I could be wrong. However, nothing is 100%.

If you do it smart and make sure to keep your health in check while not abusing, you have a better chance of playing this game long term with minimal risks. Too many guys still only care about blasting, not allowing their body to rest. Make sure to do your blood work and do other preventative measures. This lifestyle ain't free, but it can be balanced.

And he was going pretty hard-core! I am nothing like that, but the idea of cruising on 250 with 3 modest blasts each year sounds pretty sweet. This is a slightly higher cruise dose with an extra blast to what I’m currently doing.

All good man, back in the day and even 5 years ago when I first started that 250mg cruise was seen as very advanced. Nowadays it's pretty common for guys my size to cruise on Testosterone 200-300mg per week. So yes, it's doable, but I would still advice to at least sometimes drop down to a true TRT 100-150mg weekly for some time.

150 is probably a good number for me.
